They have figured it out! Smoothest health care visit I have ever experienced, pandemic or not. Pre-screening, seen right away. Hygienist was wonderful. Dr. Albright available for a thorough check and answered all my questions. 7 stars!

As with @Jazz Loggins, I provided my insurance plan information to the office prior to scheduling an appointment with absolutely no heads up from the office that I would not be covered because they were out of network. I showed up for the appointment and even paid “my portion” for the visit, according to the figure provided by the front desk personnel prior to leaving the office, only to be notified by my insurer that they would not be covering my visit. I appealed and got my insurer to cover my visit and have within the past week left two vm’s to address the refund of the amount I initially paid with no return call. I really wanted to support this practice but given the slow to no communication, I’d have to say that even if I change insurer, I will not be back.
My info has been left on your office vm twice within the past week. If you listen to it, you will have the contact info you've requested.

Today I received an apology for the mistake made & that I actually owe $32.70? Still no explanation of charges!!!
I missed 1 appointment on June 19 due to being hit by a big rig. I phoned Sharon Albright dds at the scene letting them know I hurt & could not make it.
Now 4months later Sharon Albright dds request compensation.

These guys really try to make the experience of going to the dentist a good one. They will do whatever it takes to make the patient comfortable and are very good at what they do. I would recommend this place to anybody!
