Pinole Modern Dentistry

It feels really strange to see here couple of negative reviews about Pinole Modern Dentistry, it doesn't feel right! All people working there are paying close attention to my needs and very professional. The office itself is beautifully clean and has very modern equipment. I was very nervous before the tooth removal... I did not feel any pain! I will recommend Doctor Teang and his team to my friends. I wanted to write new review, but it looks that one can only edit previous review, so I will make addition: March 19, 2018; I WOULD LIKE ADD FIVE MORE STARS to this office! I had complex teeth cleaning and treatment with hygienist Jean-Claude Manzano. He did an excellent job, no pain at all, he is very competent and explained everything what needed to be done. I can highly recommend AGAIN this office with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. *** Gooogle, how to add NEW review!!! New Review Dr. Teang dental office December 2018: I had very complex problem to start with: I needed to have implant, which involves many months of invasive preparations and treatments, and pretty long waiting. I would like to tell that Dr.Teang and his team, all of them have very warm personalities, which is very encouraging and really nice especially in dental office. They are took very good care of me, they beautifully solved all my problems, they are very attentive and, provide excellent services and all are very professional and competent. Thank you very much!!!

Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star.
I scheduled an appointment that took a month to happen(05/15/21- 08:00am) , I arrive at the place on time and guess what? nobody was there just myself and three others customers.

To go straight to the point, they did not open and forgot to communicate. Of course I called and they answered, apologized and informed that they would reschedule the appointment in two weeks ..... after 30 minutes the call went down and no one gave me a call back.

Do you know how manage a company/business?
Really Bad management.

Please respect people's schedule.

I have been going to this dental office for awhile now, and most recently was due to their help to restore my lost tooth. I went to another office to get it extracted but then offered ridiculous quote for a crown. I made a smart decision to go to Pinole Modern Dentistry, not only to get my crown in a very reasonable cost, also the treatment from the dentist to entire staff was perfect. I am very satisfied and would recommend them always.

Beware of this dental office the customer service is okay what I did not like about this place was they go deep in your pocket ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING they do come with a price. It's like the intent is to milk the insurance provider. We had a bad experience in this office during the deep cleaning treatments done on me and my husband, so we changed dentist. Upon the new dentist examination we found out the deep cleaning was not done at Pinole Modern Dentistry but we were charged greatly for a service we never got. Beware and do your research first.

Ponole Modern Dentisrty staff provided a professional organic experience.

I was able receive care from the team, they provided well informed information to help me make the best professional decisions necessary for my care as it related to my treatment!!!!

I would / will recommend other's to their office.Their team had a genuine interest in my wellness, from the front desk, the dental preparation ( X-rays), administration, dental assistant, and through this process Dr.Antono Teang provided...

The customer service it's worse. The waiting for attention is more de 1 hour .

Everyone at this office was friendly, kind, professional and treated me like a family member. I do not understand any negative comments here. Dr Teang and staff took care of me and my family’s dental health for over a year now and I have nothing to say but great things. I absolutely will recommend this office to my friends and relatives. This office is a gem.

This place is very professional and they actually care about their customers. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Do not trust these guy do not go here. The guy that comes in to tell you what you NEED to have done works on commision. Tried charging me 800 dollars for a srp and i have great insurance coverage. Also they showed me a xray showing all 4 wisdoms are impacted and that i needed to spend thousands on a surgery to have this corrected. Something didnt rub me right so i went to another dentist and got everything looked at and xrayed again. My top wisdom teeth were not impacted in anyway so whos mouth did they show me with 4 impacted teeth? It wasnt mine. Even gave me a copy of the xray with my name on it! Dont trust these cons they are only out to swindle you out of your hard earned money . all that fancy new up to date equipment is just fluff to convinve you that youre in good hands when in fact youre not.

Beware of this place, hide your money. They had me pay $800 until the insurance paperwork went through. Well the insurance went though, they were paid 100 percent from the insurance company over a month ago, and they wont return my calls (20 calls to date) to reimburse me my $800. I bet if I owed them money they would be calling me back. Sylvia is the office manager I have been leaving two calls a week for, never calls me back. Terrible place.
Just like a fox, they will smile at you while they are stealing from you.
