Wonderful! The waiting list is super long BUT as a walk in it is worth the wait! I was able to at least get one broken wisdom pulled. My second hasn't yet but it is still faster than trying to get seen at western dental where they cancel and overbooked and move you and drop you left and right. The dentist was also kind, understanding and knew what he was doing!

The service with the professionals was really good and fast. However I would recommend to double check the times with them before the appointment. We arrive for the appointment and the building was close. A guard from the next building was kind to let us know that it seems the 3rd monday of the month they changed their working hours. We had to stand in the cold, with my 18 m old unnecessary if they would have just tried to contact us and keeps us inform.

Front desk people were awesome. Friendly, helpful, and understanding. The dental tech that took me back did not put me at ease or have any bedside manners. She paid more attention to my partner who is a nurse than me and my infected wisdom teeth. I would still recommend but bring a friend.

They don't call you back when you leave a message and don't answer the phone when you are waiting for them to pick up. I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter here for a few months, but I work and have a busy life. Please get more people to answer phones. Or change the way your company does appointment scheduling, allowing us to book appointments for our kids every 6 months without having to wait until the 5th month to call, and maybe it wouldn't be 9 months since my daughter last saw a dentist.
