My family and I love the kindness and patience the Dental staff show to their customers. My only wish is that when leaving any of the Shasta community health departments, we could make the next appointment. I'm not a fan of being told they don't have their schedules for 6 months to 1 year out. We have to remember to call them at a later date to make our next appointment. If they could improve on something, that would be it. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely redicuilous been waiting a year to get my 5 year old daughter in and all they do is x-ray again and tell me to schedule an appointment and tell me the same thing they have been for a year that they aren't scheduling appointments my daughter's mouth hurts she should have to deal with this if I could give 0 stars I would 😡🤬

I had emergency with my front tooth my-in-law recommended Shasta community health an dental Center.i didn’t have dental insurance .I called an they told me I would have to do a walk in meaning if someone cancel they would see me .they did heidi Steward was my RDA. She was so nice, professional,an kind she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable my tooth was bad she was understanding as well. They took X-rays an said to come back tomorrow because it was getting late an they needed a certain room to do my dental care. The next day I went in and Heidi was there and also the dentist she was awesome fibroína G they both helped get my smile back . They are truly in the right profession they did their best to make me feel comfortable an assured me everything was gonna be ok An it was. They explained the process what they were going to do with my tooth and that’s really important because going to the dentist isn’t easy. you do have to fill out papers .great job to all the people that work there they are hero to help durning this pandemic.

The staff at SCHC Dental- Redding Location; made me feel so comfortable. My anxiety walking in was high...then add my 3 year old not cooperating and that out my anxiety at an all time high! The staff reassured me everything was okay and that my daughter's teeth were looking good and to keep up the good work! As a first time mom, it feels good to be encourage, complimented/reassured by healthcare professionals. I appreciate their patience and understanding with my unruly 3 year old. Definitely recommend!

The Dental staff is exceptional. Inside the dentistry office they are very kid-friendly in the way they interact with the kids
The waiting room has books, but it would be nice if it were set up to be more kid friendly with seats that are child-sized, an area for kids to play while they wait with a few things that are for kids. I think it would help kids feel more welcome and at ease.

I went this morning to have a tooth extracted. The lady that let me in was great, the lady behind the desk was great, a d Dr. Fu and Heidi were amazing. Let me emphasize AMAZING. I definitely recommend and I'll definitely be going back there to take care of my dental needs.

The staff that support Dr Kaze are nothing short of awesome. The team works like a well precision machine without effort. Professionalism and exceedingly friendly and personal. Would never want another dental clinic to handle my case.

My appointments are always on time. The people are very friendly and efficient. The medical staff are very gentle. There is a very long wait to become a patient. I was on the wait list over 6 months. My daughter was told that they weren't accepting anyone who wasn't a patient of Shasta Community Health Clinic.

This dental office is amazing, from the front desk, to the dental assistants and dentists. I would highly recommend them. I had an extraction and they were caring and compassionate, and did an awesome job. I definitely will be using them from now on for my dental needs.
