Cedar Dental, Practice of Amy M. Kiesselbach DDS

Had my first appointment here today. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The sign in process was very fast and efficient. I was able to pre-filled all the forms on line and just had to do the signatures once arriving at the office.

Initial x-rays went well and only had a couple minute wait before the doctor came in to perform my first exam. Dr. Amy was very friendly and very clear in the explanation on what she found. Was provided clear options for the different procedures she recommended.

The office admin was very good after my exam to explain all the costs for my visit and scheduling for follow up appointments. It was also very nice the follow up scheduling and bill explanation was done in a separate room instead of at the front counter. Nice to have the privacy.

So far I have been very happy with the service and staff at Cedar Dental.

New Patient and Very Happy! I spent a bit of time looking at many dentists in the area and after thorough considerations, I chose Dr Kiesselbach -and extremely happy. Jennifer at the front is friendly and informative, I felt like she cared about me as an individual. Venus the Dental Hygienist was a pleasure to chat with and very clear about what I should and shouldn't be doing. Dr Kiesselbach herself is so great; personality and professionalism. I definitely give my full confidence to the entire office and trust that no matter what (dental hygiene, billing, dental work, customer service, communication, etc) I will get the great service with a friendly atmosphere.

Moving back to no. Ca. In 2015, found Amy at cedar dental and absolutely love her and her entire practice! At 61 years old I've had a good number of dentists, through my many residents , no. Cal, so cal, san Francisco, Connecticut and now back to no cal, she is my favorite dentist by far ever! And I've had a bunch! I would highly recommend this office, and this awesome dentist to anyone who is shopping for great service!

Cedar Dental is a fabulous place for your dental care. Staff are always warm and welcoming. Dr. Kiesselbach is friendly and professional. It's a very clean and crisp atmosphere. Thank you Dr. Kiesselbach and staff for continuing to take great care of my smile!

Today was my first visit with Cedar Dental Practice for full x-rays and dental cleaning.
My hygienist Venus, was extremely thorough and informative. I’ve had routine cleanings for 50+ years and have never left any other practice raving about a hygienist like Venus.
Venus has set the bar extremely high.
The entire office staff at Cedar Dental are very professional and knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Amy for a couple of years now because I've had extensive work to be done. I am so excited that she has the latest technology and understands how to use it. Dr.. Keisselbach and her staff are awesome! We recently moved to the area and are so glad to find a dentist that is gentle and kind. Raymond and Jennifer at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful. Sierra, my dental hygienist was thorough, which I love!!

Cedar Dental is the most caring place for ALL your dental needs. We discovered them over 1 year ago when a rib bone next door, at Lucilles, broke my husbands tooth. First, you meet Raymond (he is, for lack of a better description, the office manager). Sometimes, he has help, but, mostly he does all the office jobs himself. He is very caring and understanding and accommodating. Then, Amy the dentist. She is very personable and ever so gentle. They are husband and wife and work very well together. I had 2 fillings done last year and I don't recall who assisted but, Amy did a great job. No pain during or after. I just had a "deep" cleaning done yesterday (9/22/21) by Venus. She is also excellent at her profession. She did it all. The numbing injections were barely felt due to the numbing gel used beforehand. My former dentist actually did the injections, then the hygienist took over. I like it better the way Venus did it all. 😊
My oldest daughter and her husband are also patients here.
By the way, if ,like us, you don't have insurance, Cedar Dental has a plan you pay monthly that covers your exrays, and twice or 3 times a year cleanings. Just depends on your situation.
As I stated before, we LOVE Cedar Dental and are so thankful we found them.

Dr Amy is without a doubt, the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m in my 60’s, and have had a lot of experience with dentists. She and her staff are awesome and beyond helpful and friendly. The quality of her work is awesome,she even has the equipment to make piece onsite! I started going to her 6 yrs ago, I have never had a bad experience. I can honestly say. I no longer dread and panic at the thought of going to going to the dentist. I no longer have anxiety no matter what the procedure is. I have 110% faith in Dr Amy and I believe once you meet her and her entire staff you will too. If you need a dentist do yourself a favor and just meet her. I was looking for a dentist that offered IV sedation and I am so happy I found this dental office. All of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The wonderful receptionist puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Dr. Amy is very thorough and takes time to actually get to know you. The hygentists are amazing. Raymond is very reassuring and understanding. I will be recommending this dental office to everyone I know.
