She detailed what was causing my discomfort and we immediately started discussing various ways to address it. The overall first time experience was already way better than the previous dental office I was using.

I was referred to Franck Family dental by a friend who had been seeing Dr. Franck for years. We were seeking a second opinion because my old dentist quoted us thousands of dollars worth of dental work we didn't need. Dr. Franck is honest and explains what to watch out for and how we can prevent small cavities from getting worse. She recommended we use waxed floss instead of smooth gliding floss--which our previous dentist had recommended for years. Ugh, no wonder I started getting small cavities between my teeth. It's been years and those small areas to watch are still just that!
