This morning was my first visit to Smile Quest Dental, & I don’t think I’ve ever had quite a stunning first impression. The facility, exam rooms, waiting areas, + more are impeccably clean & new-looking, top-to-bottom. They have tv’s on the wall & in the ceiling to enjoy while I was in the chair, & the staff was very warm & thorough, including Lacey, Giampiero, & Dr. Starr! They were quick, yet thorough, explained/showed me the issues found with my teeth, & gave me a series of options/prices for if/when I’m ready to address any of them. 👏👏👏

I highly recommend Smile Quest Dental. Dr.Loveland is knowledgeable and wonderful at explaining everything about my dental needs. Shortly after my visit with the Dr, I went to get my teeth cleaned by Kim who is the hygienist, she made my cleaning the most gentle one I had in years for cleanings.

As a new patient to this office, I got greeted with such a warm welcome. Dr. LaPierre was very honest & genuinely caring about the health of my teeth. Oksana, the dental assistant, was assisting by his side and made me feel comfortable and not as anxious as I normally am walking into any kind of dental office. After the NP exam, I was directed to go to Kari, the hygienist, it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in my last few years of cleanings. Thankful for such a great dental office close to home!! I would 10/10 recommend Smile Quest Dental for anyone who wants great care for their teeth.

Smile Quest Dental is the absolute best dental office I have been to my whole dental experience. I have been in and out of dental offices my whole life all the way from braces and now to implants. This office has shown me how true professionals take care of their patients. After years of dealing with dental offices being left with uncomfortable partials and unprofessional dental staff, I finally was referred to smile quest dental. Dr.Smirthwrite completed my dental implants and always made me feel safe and made sure my teeth and gums were healing safely and properly at all times, he even goes as far as shooting you a personal txt at the end of the day to see how you are doing after a large procedure. Him and His team of assistants always reassured me and made me feel so aware of everything that was going on. I would also like to address the amazing people they have working in their office, from their receptionist to the ladies handling billing they have made sure I was in the loop of everything going on. They went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance can process the claims and even made me aware when they weren’t sure on the status of the insurance claims. All in all they are amazing here. If you are looking for an outstanding dental office this is the place to go!

BEWARE: This dental practice provides substandard care.
Lacey - while she’s standing up, she dropped the electric dental drill directly on my face.
My face, lower gum and jaw hurts. Had fever for days and was brought to the urgent care.
Therese - informed the lady at the front desk about my symptoms and she told me Dr. Lapierre is out of the office for a week. Then hangup on me. Called back again and asked her why she hang up on me. She told me what do I want her to do? I repeated to her I have signs of infection. I told her there should be a relieving doctor taking over the patients while he is out. Instructed her to let the office manager know.
She clearly doesn’t know what to do and should not be answering phone calls. Poor customer service and substandard care.
