I have never felt so taken advantage of and literally lied to. I have white spots on my teeth from my braces and the dental hygienist told me that she had "great success" with a treatment involving stripping your teeth of their enamel and applying a paste both in the office and at home. She made it seem like she had worked with many patients and had all positive results. After my first $500 treatment with absolutely no results other than that my teeth were left dull and very susceptible to staining due to the removal of my enamel, I asked her to see some photos of the progress/success of the treatment on her past patients. She then admitted that she had only done the treatment once before, which was a huge shock to me. She showed me pictures of the stains on the persons teeth and did not have any photos that showed the staining reducing or going away. Her only option was to have me keep dropping hundreds of dollars for future treatments that she had no guarantee would work. I would never have agreed to this procedure if she had not flat out lied or at the very least dishonestly exaggerated her experience performing it.

Been going to Dr. Lee for years and have had exceptional care. Last year our insurance didn't cover Dr. Lee, so I experienced other dentists. All i can say is thank goodness this year we can go back to Dr. Lee. Literally, I had an appointment the 1st day their office was open for the new year!
