I have been unfortunate to have very sensitive teeth that get a ton of cavities. I have been to SO many dentists throughout my life but Dr. Hashimi is hands down the best. From her quality of work to her personality she is one of a kind. She is compassionate, VERY caring, super gentle, knowledgable, professional, and has great attention to detail. She makes sure that nothing is done less than perfect and reallycares for patient's experience. She goes out of her way to insure that pain is minimized. She has even done extensive research in this area!!! Her assistant Aaron is equally professional and does a great job as well. Martin, the hygienist is also great and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Overall, I highly recommend Dr.Hashimi. She is truly the best. I'm lucky to have found her.

Dr.Nguyen was supremely patient with me. Great conversation, made me feel safe the whole time. Always asked for my feedback and gave me extremely helpful advice. Let me TELL you something, if you're looking for a new dentist, or even thinking about switching dentists, come to THIS one.

I'm new to the area, and had 2 weeks of INSANE pain because of an inflamed nerve caused by a cavity on my molar tooth.

I just moved to Costa Mesa recently and absolutely dislike going to dentists for many reasons, pain from having weird tools prod my mouth being the top. However, this time around, I couldn't wait any longer because I was waking up every morning at 4am with a throbbing jaw as if I'd been smacked across the face with a bowling ball.

So, after doing some research and reading about how this dentistry is known for its painless operations and professional staff, I decided to go in and check them out for myself. Adia, front desk, was kind enough to help me book a last minute appointment, despite their busy schedule, because I was in so much pain.

Long story short, I went in the following day for my dreaded checkup, and a root canal operation was needed in order to fix the issue. UGH.

Cindy, front desk help, was super supportive and encouraging to put me at ease saying that the Dr's were super professional and that prior customers had either 0 pain or hardly any pain. She really put me at ease so kudos to her.

My root canal operation ended up taking 3 whole long hours because of how deep my cavity was, but let me tell you Dr. Karimi was something I'd never seen before. Some kind of dentist superhero the whole way through.

Not only was he super funny and charismatic, but he did a FLAWLESS job of getting into the cavity while gracefully extracting all the decay, etc. He did a remarkable job of putting me at ease through his humor while professionally handling this insane right molar. I can literally say he's the best dentist I've ever let touch my teeth without a doubt.

His assistant Jackee, was nothing short of amazing as well.

Dr. Ozder, the endodontist, finally worked on the last portion of my teeth once the decay had been removed in order to actually perform the root canal. That man was in and out quicker than you could snap your fingers and count to 10 - it was like magic! I had no idea an operation like that could be so painless and a good time (crazy right? a good time at the dentist?)

It's been a few days after the root canal, and I have 0 pain too - I think that's even more remarkable! I was given a subscription of pain killers, and have only had to take 1 pill. I believe it must a testimony to how well this group at Ocean Dental did.

The best part is now I can finally sleep in peace and not be irritated the whole day from a throbbing tooth. Exceptional work from this group.

So, anyone needing to get their teeth done, hope this review helps. GO GET IT DONE!

I highly recommend this office, not only is all the staff professional but they are friendly and treat everyone like a friend. The manager went out of her way to accommodate my schedule.

Neven Georgey, Hygienist is friendly, excellent especially at deep cleaning, very knowledgeable, thorough and because of my bad habit for not keeping better care of my teeth she worked hard and that is how much she cares about the patient and her work. Thank you!

Neven Georgey did a very thorough job in my oral hygiene appointment. I've gone from having gingivitis my first appointment in early 2018 to having no more than a routine cleaning. She's very knowledgeable and easy to get a long with. We are now on a first name basis because she is so friendly yet professional. Her skills are phenomenonal and her personality is genuine. I am so confident in the service I am receiving. I highly recommend Neven when visiting Smile Care in Santa Ana, now known as Ocean Dental.

Neven the Hygenist is excellent, thorough and explains the processes which is very helpful in understanding your health and well, what's going on! The staff is incredibly friendly. It's just a great experience in general. Definitely recommend coming here for cleanings (pick Neven!)
