This place reported me to CPS. So not only did I waste 2 hours when I went for the first appointment and they realized they had made an appointment for my 6 year old to see a NON-ped dentist, but I wasted another hour when I went back to see the ped dentist and had to refill out all the same paperwork since they had lost my file, but I just took another 2 hours off of work to justify to CPS that the reason I was not continuing my care with Smilecare is because they had the worst bedside manner, the worst customer service and red flags everywhere about letting them care for my daughter. They couldn't answer my questions, or I would get conflicting answers, no one offered to get me better answers, they couldn't explain pricing or even treatment. I was BAWLING when they told me what they wanted to do to my child and never did anyone offer to spend a couple extra minutes with me to go over questions. Thank god they could not do the work which gave me a chance to find a decent dentist. And the worst thing is when they did call CPS, they lied about the situation. How dare they?! Please, I beg of you, do not go here.
