I don't know about y'all.. but I'll go their once every 5 years if possible!!!

BUT.. I have been going here for the last 6 months and let me tell you.., they have performed a miracle.

I had 2 cracked molars, 4 cavities and 4 wisdom teeth that needed to come out. I'm a mans man, but I'm the biggest wimp out there when it comes to pain. Hence me putting this off like oh so many of us!

Dr. Karimi was able to calm my fears and reassure me with his demeanor alone. He explained what happened, what he was going to do and how that would help my mouth out for many years to come. He grabbed the 2 molars, took out 2 of my wisdoms and we have plans to grab the others.

Neven Georgey (the hygienist) is very graceful. She makes you feel at ease immediately and is very delicate with what she is doing in your mouth. You can tell she cares about her patients! She doesn't just show up to work to pay the bills . The whole staff here really has been super nice and accommodating despite my hectic schedule.

I would recommend going here as you will NOT be let down!!

I have been with Ocean Dental through their recent moves, since they were known as Smile Care. They're now on 17th street! Communication. W121 in a slightly smaller upstairs office.
Neven and the other dentists and doctors have been helpful and inform you in the dental work process. Thank you Ocean Dental 🦷

Very nice office, great staff, saw Dr Hashemi who was a wonderful dentist. Unfortunately over the course of the next 6 months this office could or would never bill my insurance correctly, and insisted on putting the owner of the business down as the dentist of record on the claim rather than the dentist I actually saw. Unfortunately the owner was out of network and Dr Hashemi was in-network. I spoke with the office staff repeatedly and politely about this over the course of several months and they said they'd handle it, but apparently were ultimately unable or unwilling to help. Eventually the less than $100 balance was sent to a collection agency, whom the office staff also said they would handle. After putting off and finally cancelling all of my followup appointments over the next 6 months, including several thousand dollars of followup plus $5k worth of Invisalign, I finally just paid the bill and found a new dentist. Now the collection agency balance has shown up on my credit report. Very poor service. Avoid.

Neven is very diligent and thorough and takes the time to pay close attention to your dental health. She monitors charts closely takes copious now and put me on a care plan that's shown marked improvement. She actually cares to review notes and compare from visit to visit.

If you need a good teeth cleaning please go see Neven Georgy at this office. I had to have a deep teeth cleaning and she was so gentle, I felt no pain. Don't hesitate just call!!

Ask for Neven the hygienist. She has a lot of experience & will explain to you everything in depth. Neven has given me a pain-free visit every time. Don't waste your time trying other hygienists they can't come close

I have the worst anxiety ever! Dentist office scare me and smile care made me feel so comfortable and anxiety free. It’s been a few years since I came to the dentist and I was in desperate need of cleaning. Hygienist Neven Georgey came to the rescue! She cleaned my teeth and I had no more tartar. She made feel so comforable and reassured me everything was okay. She made me so confident of my smile! I cannot stop smiling!! I can’t wait to come back for my bi-yearly cleaning with her! :)
