I had a great experience here. I always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Masters was so sweet and gentle. She explained everything and now I’m actually proud of my smile! I highly recommend seeing her!

I called and made an appt for a cleaning. They did xrays, then the dentist reviewed them, then the hygienist came and examined my gums. Then I was told I was all set to leave. I said, but my appt was for a cleaning, that's why I made my appt? And was told "oh yeah well the hygienist is all booked up, you can talk to the manager up front if you'd like"
When I call and specifically say "I need an appt for a cleaning" I expect that is what is going to happen. I'm still really confused of how their process works, but I definitely won't be going back.

I’m a somewhat newer patient. I’ve never had any problems with this office. The girl at the front desk was very polite and professional “abbie”. Everytime I call the office I prefer dealing with her above anyone else. Very knowledgeable friendly and personal. I think that’s important when trying to establish your dental care. I can see how other people could be having insurance issues but don’t necessarily think that reflects front staff. I recommend requesting Arcenia to do your cleaning. I saw one doctor for my exam and then another for my actual treatment which is about the only thing I wish I could change but understandable. Abbie and arcenia make it worth coming back. Deal with these two women and you won’t leave with a bad experience. I would reccomend this office to friends and family.

I came based on the high reviews but I was so disappointed.I would not recommend this dentist. I was not impressed with their customer service. Based on my experience, I believe they are a scam. They asked me for my insurance weeks ahead in order to see if my insurance would cover it. I gave it to them and when I came to my appointment, they told me everything was fine with my insurance. Then time goes by and they tell me that I owe them money for something they said that my insurance would cover. I recommend Settimi Family dentistry if you are seeking a 5 start dentist with 5 start customer service.

The staff there made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The Dr. was quick but efficient. The dental assistant was extremely friendly and meticulous when making my temporary bridge. Very satisfied!

Currently looking for another provider. They recently had a few dentists leave and pushed back appointments 2 months out, regardless of pain! Seems poorly managed in my opinion. They rushed a soon appointment when I went in for a whitening, but if it's just normal insurance covered work, don't count on them trying to see you soon. Plus the two fillings I had done still hurt a month later. My friend said they told her she had 7 cavities. When she went with a smaller dental office, they told her it was only 1. This place is a joke like the other guy said.

This was truly wonderful experience, I enjoyed the staff, the courtesy, honesty and getting my cleaning done the same day.
The dentist was awesome checking my teeth and the RDH who cleaned my teeth showed me the bill and assured me that everything was covered by my insurance. I will keep going there.
