It was a longer wait than what I was expecting. I was there for a cleaning but ended up needing X-rays so that added to my wait. The lady that cleaned my teeth was excellent with her care. She explained everything to me and kept apologizing about the wait time but she always came back to check in, that was great customer care. The dentist was okay she just came in and did a quick look.

I'm writing the review now as I sit in the office..the wait time to see the orthodontist was not bad. The orthodontist is good.

But waiting for a price quote: I have been waiting OVER an hour. How long does it take to tell someone how much getting braces costs when that person has no insurance?!😭

Front desk is horrible and unorganized, they couldn't even find my chart when I asked how much longer it would take.

If this is how they treat someone who is a possible new patient I cannot imagine how they treat patients who already paid for the service. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

For the past 5 years I have struggle with a lost lower crown which resulted in a cracked upper bridge. After seeing 3 different dentist and lost hope in repairing the on going damage. No to mention the shame of the lack of self-care that they made me feel.
So I have live with sensitivity and pain for years. Finally it got so unbearable that when I called in tears the staff made and emergency appointment for me, same day. Unbelievable!.
A root canal, and temporaries on both upper and lowers done. No shame. No guilt. No leactures on the extended dental work needed. I left the dental office in unbelief of the great customer service, prompt care. Though I spent hours on the chair. The staff was curious and kind. Happy and joyful till the very end.
Thank you Bright Now Dental for seeing me at my worse and bring a smile to my life after years of struggling.. You all are a 10+...

Waited 45 minutes for my son to get called back for his cleaning, and this appointment was booked months in advanced. I could understand a 20 minute wait after the appointment time but 45 minutes is too excessive. And we got to the appointment 15 minutes early so we waited in the lobby a total of 1 hour before being called back.

If I could do a zero I would. The dentist Shan Gong, just HORRIBLE. This was my very 1st time there and mind you I scheduled my daughter 2 days after, because I like to go 1st to test things out. Now there front desk receptionists ROCK. Awesome customer service, very helpful and detail orient.. The tall African American dental assist Awesome. The exray tech she was ok not to pleasant, but maybe she was having a bad day and we all have those, so I am ok with that. This Dentist S. GONG Naw No Passes she was pushy, rude and persistent at it. Now she told me 3 things I could do but the 1st option she didn't recommend but that was my choice. Then she said you only have 2 option because it will cost to much. I said well let me think about the other options its my 1st time and I'll let you know because I'm liking the 1st option. She said like I said you only have 2 options, then I said I'll decide later can you clean my teeth. I got no answer and she told the assistant request for extraction, root canal ànd something else. I did t hear because I was mad at that time. She got up left I got up unsnap the cloth went to the front got my refund for my cancer scan which she was suppose to do that day because I paid for it and the nice lady in the front assured me it would be done that day. I canceled my daughter's appointment and asked the lady Not to request any services from my insurance and I will be contacting them on Monday to see if they did because that will be Fraud..Anyway if you go try another dentist in Visalia or go to the office in Tulare. Be Ware

I come here for ortho and Dr. David Pressutti is super nice , energetic and communicative. Their music playlist is the best . But one thing I don’t appreciate is when their appointment system messes up they don’t take accountability, they will just make it seem like it’s your fault. 3 or 4 times it happened to me were I had an appointment and I went in and they said I didn’t have one. Sure enough when I went home I found the card with date and time and I always put it on my calendar .I’m always sure of my apointments and I never cancel or reschedule. Then they just make me a new appointment for another day and I end up making that trip to Visalia for nothing.they don’t even say sorry or it’s our fault they just have me feeling like I made the mistake.if they took accountability and was like I’m sorry that would make me feel better .

I tried to give staff my Husband's insurance information. They said they would call the insurance. Friday. Never called. Monday I called them, they told me to give them the phone number to insurance, I did and they said they'll give me a call back. Never did, still waiting. But did make an appointment else where and got in same day.

Amazing staff! My daughter loves the orthodontist he's such a sweet man.. Glad we decided to go with bright now! 🌞

Since the first visit I loved it! The staff is super nice and friendly. Great customers service. And there fast. Wishing the first few months I noticed a big difference in my smile. And I would 💯% recommend it to EVERYONE!! 😉

Lovely offices filled with professional people. My only regret is not going sooner. Don't be on the fence when it comes teeth. These are the people that WILL make you smile.
