Arvada Smiles Dentistry

Didn't really care for their customer care. Very disinterested. Nonexistent after procedure care. That was pretty sad. Especially when I had to take myself to another dentist to check their work and provide after procedure care because they never offered it and I was in pain. Had to call them in pain to set up a follow-up visit. I'll go somewhere else and pay extra for better customer service and care.
If you don't like dentists and want that extra effort don't bother with this place because you won't get it. They also overcharge. And do unnecessary work. That's why they do procedures same day So they can get it done and get paid for it. Definitely a place that will lose interest in your wishes if you don't go with the most expensive option they offer you. They immediately pull their nice customer service demeanor. No thanks!

Love the entire staff here! I went in twice so far, once for a walk in appointment because my dentist was unavailable, for pain and then a follow up and everyone who helped take care of me was great! They are good at explaining everything that is happening, why it needs to be done, and different long term options for keeping teeth healthy. Will definitely be switching to this Dentistry for all future needs 💜

I am one of those people who is afraid of the dentist and will only go for emergencies- so when I had a dental emergency come on out of no where I was in need of a dentist and one that could get me in fast!
I was referred to the Arvada Smiles by neighbors. I called first thing in the morning and was greeted with the friendliest voice. I told her I was in pain and have a fear of dentists, but she reassured me I was in good hands and scheduled my appointment for that morning. It was so easy! Still nervous when I arrived, i was greeted by the friendly voice that booked my appointment with a big smile underneath her face mask. I immediately felt a bit more calm. The team walked me through each step with empathy, patience, and their own ‘scary’ dentist stories.
Dr. Bergseid was the best. He has a genuine humor and kindness that allowed me to feel at ease from the moment I sat down in the chair.
It was nice to see a team respect and work so well together. Very clean and organized. I already scheduled my next appointment!

I avoid dentists at all costs, until now! I had an emergency situation, these guys made time for me right away. They really made a bad situation great! They got me scheduled for my procedure right away and did an amazing job! Their whole staff was great from the office staff to the dentist 5 star professionals. I can’t say enough about them, absolutely awesome!!!

For having my teeth ripped out of my face, I couldn't recommend a better dental team than Dr. Bergseid and Felicia. They made sure I always had the appropriate amount of Novocain and never judged me for being a baby. In all seriousness, they are a great team and very professional. I truly look forward to going to the dentist because they are so great. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist.

I normally hate the dentist. I have avoided it for years. I ended up having to go in because my tooth was broken and ended up having a small infection. I was in a lot of pain. When I called the receptionist was so nice to me. She told me they were booked for the day, but offered to call other dentist to try to get me seen that day. She called back and informed me that no one else had openings. The rest of the staff told her that they would Stay late to get me seen and out of pain. The doctor and everyone I came in contact with that day was great. I would highly recommend this place. They will treat you right. No BS, just fair, honest and compassionate care.

I have extreme dental anxiety. This place treated me so well, with such caring and tender respect. They also really do everything they say they do. I was surprised I was able to get the financing I needed for much needed dental work to improve my smile. It all happened on the same day!

I have only been to one other dentist as an adult, and I wish I would have gone to Arvada Smiles first. My visit was amazing. From the equipment to the atmosphere and the people, it was all around a good and comfortable experience. Lots of empathy towards my anxiety, amazing explanation of what was happening during every step of my visit, amazing that they explained the cost of my visit and payment options before proceeding, getting all the work done in one day... it was all great. Have already recommended Arvada Smiles to my friends and can't thank them enough for helping me not hate the dentist.

10 Stars out of 5! Dr Nisha Kamath's level of competency and care in crafting my flexible partial denture was beyond perfection. After exhausting all effort and trust with my previous dentist I had the good fortune of meeting Dr Kamath. Using CAD/CAM technology she was able to create a perfect fit with virtually no adjustments (prior dentist had attempted 3 times!). Her technique and expertise combined with the support of a clearly exceptional manufacturing lab resulted in the most professional and skilled experience I've ever had with a dentist. Honestly - I hope anyone reading this will seriously consider her for any dental work. Excellent staff and reception, with courtesy and care above and beyond anything I've experienced previously (I've seen at least 15 different dentists). Thank you!!!

I had 6 pulled yesterday. From my first appointment to the actual surgery, I received excellent treatment and customer service. In a day and age where you are constantly disappointed by customer service, or the final product, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, service and kindness. Brandon Matheson was amazing, and made me feel well taken care of...he is a star! I highly recommend Arvada Smiles!
