Staff members are amazing... Diana and Dr. Burana --- gold stars on their foreheads for being patient and good communicators with a Deaf patient.. They would explain step by step before they do dental work... Friendly.. Recommend to Arvada Smiles Dentistry..

Had a great experience here for a first visit and cleaning. Everyone is very nice and up front about everything. Dr. Bergseid and his assistant did a fantastic job, my teeth feel great and the cleaning was painless. Definitely recommended!

This is the best dentist facility I have ever been to. They worked m in for a emergency appointment. All of the staff was curtious and aimed to help. They helped me with payment arrangements and when I had a problem with my tooth a few days later they got me in that hour to help me and got everything taken care of. I wo t go anywhere else now. They did t even budge when I said i don't have insurance

I was surprised that my dentist did my cleaning instead of the hygienist. He did nit do a very good cleaning and I still have some tartar. After he cleaned, he sent in a young girl who shined my teeth who seemed to be just out of dental school. My dentist did not return to check my teeth for any problems. This has never happened before. Not very professional!

I've always had a really huge fear of the dentist but took the plunge when I relocated to CO and made an appointment with Arvada Smiles (AM). Their dentist and assistants were incredible and made me feel super safe. I needed a bit of dental work and their Office Manager, Ashley suggested rather than putting $1,000 on my credit card, I open an account with Smile Generation and receive 0% interest for 18 months. WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE. This office partners with crooks who do not honor the terms of condition as signed in office. I've been refuting interest charges for over 2 months now. I routinely would call Ashley to check in on the status of my card only to get radio silence. She assured me after repeated calls that the issue was resolved. When my new bill arrived with interest charged, I called her back only to get the response, "Actually, no it's not resolved and there's nothing more I can do to help since this is a 3rd party company." Since then, I've been hounded by creditors, and Ashley all of a sudden "can't" call on my behalf (even though for months she's been saying she is "on it" and "calling them to resolve this issue ASAP." I will never go back to these guys. They swindle you into partnering with a falsely promoted "interest free" card. I have my signed contract to boot and they refuse to do anything to help. Stay away and do not open any accounts with them to assist with medical costs.

I went in for cracked teeth that needed crowns and was scared of the procedure because I’ve never had a crown before. They did an amazing job and there was no pain. The noise is a bit uncomfortable so bring earbuds and music. They are so calm, gentle and caring. I definitely recommend this dentist.

Read some comments here and reminded me my bad experience with them. I visited once and I think the service was OK - until few weeks later after the visit. I received my insurance bill and knew they over charged me.

I went back to the office and the office manager ASHLEY said there was no mistake from their office and told me "the insurance company was wrong" - She also refused to help me to contact with the insurance company to find out why the bill between them was not correct and also told me better not to call them because they might not cover the next treatment.
I was totally confused and I decided to contacted with the insurance company by myself and found out what she said was totally wrong. ( The insurance company was surprised they made mistake and did not help and also not sure why she lied to their customers )

I was on the phone with the insurance company few hurs everyday to solve the mistake the Arvada Smiles Dentistry made. After few days contact with the insurance company and they said the Arvada Smiles Dentistry office will contact with me for my refund. (the part they over charged )

One month later, the dentistry office still did not contact me and I did not get the refund either until I call their main company Pacific Dental Services.

Be careful to check ur bill with them. Once they made mistake, you have to solve the issue between them and the insurance company by yourself.
They will not help at all.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Burana was great with my kids. The staff is very nice and professional. We will definitely continue to go there

My old dentist had gone out of business, so I made an appointment for an exam, x-rays and cleaning, which I confirmed would be covered by Delta Dental. They had amazing state-of-the-art x-ray machines, and my cleaning was wonderful and super-thorough. when I went to pay, I was told I owed $377 out of pocket and I said, "Is that after my insurance?" and she said, "Yes." I paid that amount and asked for an itemized receipt. The total on that was $659, so I assumed Delta Dental would take care of the rest. I just got my explanation of benefits from Delta for the visit and they billed Delta $1697 for the visit (the EIB showed completely different amounts and procedures than what was on my itemized receipt). Delta said the charges exceeded the allowable amounts in many cases and deemed that $740 of the $1697 is not chargeable to the patient (me). They covered $292, leaving me with a balance of $665. For a cleaning, exam, and x-rays that should have been covered as preventative maintenance, but because of the fancy equipment and the "deep perio cleaning" that I received, it was not covered. I would proceed with caution and make sure you understand what they are doing and the cost before having the work done.
