Worst experience ever!! Went in for some filling, which I thought was going to be a delightful and quick experience. However, it was the total opposite it took 2 hours to do four fillings! On top of that the dental assistant was rude and got mad because I told her that I didn’t like my fillings and the fact she took some kind of metal thing and separated my teeth,while doing this she cut my gums bad, my teeth were uneven with the other side and blood was still in my mouth bc she refused to wash it out and told me that a sink was over there. The doctor came and I told her about it and she was rude also, going on talking about my next appointment. Which I informed her then I would not be coming back! On top of that, I had to ask for instructions on how to take care of my mouth. This occurred on a Friday and by Monday I received a letter in the mail informing me that they didn’t not want to see me anymore. So, now I currently have a appointment with another dentist bc My gum is infected!

Doing a complete rework for me and they are great! Everyone in the office is very friendly, it's super clean, my Dr. works very quickly and efficiently, minimizing pain to your needs. They are doing everything they can to accommodate everyone and it's nice to see a business acting so organized and efficient in times of need. Thanks guys!

My Doctor discussed two absolutely necessary extractions with me, (tooth broke 1 cracked )& I feel better now & no more tooth pain yeah! Now I just need metal post and 3 new teeth! Definitely would recommend Comfort Dental. By the way the VA hospital would not help me😬😩😟🙁

My mother came in to have some work done on her dentures, which were causing her extreme pain. The staff were able to get her in for an assessment the very next day...and scheduled the procedure for the day after that. Dentist and hygienist staff as well as front office was very courteous, professional and I would highly recommend this office.

I call this comfort dental this morning due to going to a different comfort dental and having some teeth extracted I now have this weird red patchiness on the roof of my mouth and I was simply calling to explain what was going on with me and then I was going to see if someone could check me out but before I could even get to that point the lovely lady the answered the phone cuts me off in the middle of me telling her what's going on and says are you going to be a patient here so I told her not now that you just cut me off and then she hung up on me so when I called back to speak to a manager the lady puts the phone on hold without saying anything
then another lady gets on the phone who still was not a manager and tries to get me to come in to make an appointment are you serious right now your guys as customer service sucks there's no way I'm letting your hands in my mouth. It's pathetic you have a patient from within your company in severe pain and you can't even treat them properly over the phone

There is a nurse that has an attitude and goofy face all the time......you will know here when you go there. When you go to this place ask for "Merlie" to be your dentist assistant. she will make you feel comfortable and she is the sweetest ever. I have been there more than 10 times. The Dr. always rush me to the door. Most of the time I leave that place unhappy and unsatisfied. I started the treatment because one of the doctor who works there suggested me and promised me to make everything better, but nothing changed. I just lost a lot of money there. The new treatment even messed up my bridge and my natural tooth form.......uuuugggghh

Friendly staff and caring dentists. I had several appointments to have dental work done and every visit I was greeted and treated kindly and professionally. Dr. Richard Doerhoff is not only empathic and caring but he has a great sense of humor, which helped ease my anxiety. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Richard Heideman -- horrible, rude man. If I could give no stars, I would. My incident happened 4 months ago when I was going through. a series of heart-breaking life events, which caused a delay with writing this review. Clearly, the despicable way I was treated is still on my mind.

A place is known by the staff and how they treat you. I went in on an emergency .. pain level a 20 out of 10. This man treated me as though I was the dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Granted I didn't arrive in a 3-piece suit, was casually dressed, and probably looked like I hadn't slept in a week because I hadn't. My mother was dying.

Your quick incorrect, misdiagnosis of my emergency (tooth and jaw pain) for which you prescribed mouthwash, resulted in my going to the Emergency Room and being admitted into the hospital (jaw swelled up, I had an infection, that sent my blood pressure up to 220/180).

But that isn't what lingers in my spirit. It's the 8 years I was with the clinic, being treated as a human being and with dignity, and the thousands/hundreds of dollars my family and I spent with another dentist contrasted by the 30 minutes of living hell that I spent with you feeling belittled, and listening to your rude tone of voice.

When leaving, I could tell by the way the billing person dropped her head after you crassly spoke to me, that she was ashamed and embarrassed by your tone and treatment. I hope that she has quit. Whether a person is poor or makes a comfortable living (I happen to make mid six-figures) should NOT be an indicator of how one is treated in the care of a health care professional).

I chose Comfort Dental not because of its decor, or prices, or anything else, it was that I was given a dentist on my first visit 8 years ago who was kind, compassionate, and caring. I stayed there because of him. He has subsequently left your business, and I am happily doing the same.

I'd pursue coming after your license, but it's not worth the time and energy because the law of karma always prevails. Your business will reflect the negative energy as well as the reviews I recently read.

You are a poor representation of how a healthcare professional should represent a community of workers who enjoy patient care. My dollars will be spent elsewhere. And to whomever is reading this, please do not send the perfunctory apologetic email. Turn your attention to Richard, and ask how you could work for such a man who clearly needs retraining on customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Dr. Doerhoff has helped save my teeth. I came in after not having been to a dentist in years. He not only spoke openly and honestly about a realistic timeline and cost, but he gave his honest professional opinion about which things to prioritize with what my insurance was offering. I just came in today with my new insurance expecting to hear that several more visits were needed to fix my poor teeth, and he got it ALL DONE! Just like that. Multiple fillings, a tooth extraction, and a deep cleaning. I am so so grateful and so thankful to the staff and Dr. Doerhoff for helping prevent further decay, and fixing what was left of some of my molars. Very happy camper. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

They pulled a tooth and put in a temp bridge till my y mouth heals. The dentist was very nice and infomative. He put me at ease right a way.
