One customer said, "Called to schedule an appointment as a New patient and the receptionist Violeta I believe was her name, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained to her more than ONCE that I wanted to schedule as a new patient and was in no pain. she kept asking what I needed to be seen for. Like am I supposed to know I need an OP in tooth number #12 or an RCT?" Another customer said, "My first visit with this office went pleasant, and I finally felt comfortable with a dentist. Dr. Heideman had created a care plan for me as I had quite a bit of work done. The first visit was smooth. My second visit came and went, I had some fillings done and they threw off my bite entirely. Through this time I also purchased a dental appliance as I grind and clench my teeth the assistant helping me was great; however again Dr. H was incredibly rude."

Dr. Richard Heideman was fantastic. He had me in and out with a tooth removal. He was so efficient that I didn't even know he had started before it was over. He also personally called me to check in on how I was doing.

This place is awful the ladies behind the desk just gossip and talk and not worried about the patients to check out. Had my daughter sitting there waiting to get checked out she left bc the lady ended up checking someone out before my daughter and she was there first.

The dentist here is great! Got some fillings done and a cleaning. They were so careful and even the dental assistant and I had a good laugh when I got numbed up! I would suggest this place!

I had an appointment, but apparently they decided to let someone who did t have one go back first. If I had been late no doubt they would have made me reschedule but as I sit here over 30 past my appt time they do not seem to care. Ridiculous. I have never waited this long for a dental appointment, I do not recommend this office at all they do not value your time.

I went to comfort dental on Iliff and chambers what n amazing experience dr was nice and workers were nice they made sure I was comfortable the whole time no pain once numb and he was so quick it just feels like a weight was lifted I feel better mind body and soul definitely well needed Amen

So I called comfort dental to let them no the issue about my 6 year old daughter about her crown falling off so she put me on hold and went to ask if she could be seen there I waited on hold and they told me to bring her in as a walk-in in and to be there before 5:30 so here it’s rush hour traffic I make it in time and the Hispanic lady on the front desk asked if she was new patient and I told her I just called and they told me to bring my daughter in as a walk-in and she’s 6 so she goes in the back and talks with the other girls and another lady comes out and says she can’t be seen there cuz they don’t take her age and the equipment is to big to use on her while the Chinese looking lady is peaking around the corner acting like she nos her damn job and listening to something she don’t even care about this is so unprofessional and horrible someone could say over the phone and say something different in the office so definitely need to no your damn job right over the phone lady saying she been there 13 years like get your staff straight and professional if u been there for so many years 🙄

They are always accommodating and were able to get me in on short notice on more than one occasion. The staff and doctors are very professional. They follow up afterward and ask how the service and procedures went.
