I have terrible dental anxiety & it has clearly shown over the years from dental decay. On top of that, 6 adult teeth have never erupted so I don’t have many teeth to risk losing. I saw Dr Dial for a few years and he was great. I was always embarrassed to be open about my anxiety, so I would try to grin & bear it & sometimes cry... yep I’m that patient. Dr Dial has always been understanding & would always respect me and my need for more patience & more time to get through a procedure. I’ve had numerous root canals, crowns, fillings, even had 2 wisdom teeth pulled all while awake, just gas & an anxiolytic in office. They’ve even given me warm blankets because I shiver badly, which is a side effect from the epinephrine added to the anesthetic to numb you longer. Dr Dial has been a godsend to me & I’ve recently moved out of state & currently looking for a new dentist! I’m terrified! Lol.. If you appreciate honesty and a down to earth Doctor who does good work, then Dr Dial is the one you’re looking for!

Dr. Dustin Dial has been my dentist for 3 years. Best dentist I've ever had. I drive a half an hour out for my dental. He's also the only dentist who has been able to numb me on the first try. (In the past dentists had to give me several shots of novacaine) He's extremely professional, sweet guy, treats you like an individual with specific dental needs. He's also excellent to his assistants. My last visit he subtly fist bumped his assistant. Carolyn, who was also awesome. That's good team work, too. Can't recommend enough.

Really good dental experience in every way! The dentist's work was awesome and I hardly felt the shot. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, I can't thank them enough! This particular office was recommended to me by my physician as well as my pharmacist, who raved about their care. Most highly recommend!

Went to the Academy/Austin bluffs location to have a tooth extracted as my Stetson Hills location could not get me in that day Pulled my tooth out like Cast Away (Tom Hanks) Glad my son was there to witness. You people are monsters! Furthermore, the Stetson Hills location, where I've gone for years is not a place I want to go back to. The condescending attitude is too much for those who are fearful of the dentist.

This office is amazing! Kyra is the most caring, gentle and thorough hygienist I have ever had! Dr Lovejoy is a crack up with the Mountain Dew comments and the front staff was great with explaining my insurance benefits! Highly recommended!!!

This office is extremely professional and helpful. As a single mom, it is always so hard to get the little things done during the work week. My teenager also works. So trying to get him in anywhere takes a lot of coordinating. I was determined to get my son an exam and a couple fillings done all in one day. And, my son needed to be at work by a certain time. Miranda, at the front desk was more than accommodating in my needs. Upon arrival, we were treated very well. Dr. Dial and his assistant were amazing. Efficient, professional, easy to talk to. And, very aware that we had a tight schedule. This office went above and beyond to help us. Even though this Comfort Dental is way out of our path, we will be back again. I highly recommend them. Their business model is that of an upscale private practice. Yet they are a very affordable, convenient and down to earth franchise. (?)

Dr. Miller recently did four crowns on my top front teeth and I could not be happier!! He and the assistants took their time making sure EVERYTHING was perfectly aligned and to my liking. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff.

I needed to get in right away and was able to be scheduled for the next day.
Once there the wait time was nothing as I had filled out paperwork and signed up for the Gold Plan insurance ahead of time online, making it quicker and easier for everyone.
Dr Miller and the staff were very helpful and the experience was definitely a good one.
