Edit, because they are still awesome. The staff are always friendly and make the whole experience easier. I had a root canal recently and was surprised at how little time it took! They are doing everything they can to stop the spread of Covid-19 while still providing excellent services and I will recommend them to anyone :)

I love seeing Dr. Dial. It's always a great experience even though I'm not fond of going to the dentist in general. They can always make me laugh at least once, which I think is fantastic!

So very happy that Workman's comp. sent me to Dr. Dial! He not only did a fantastic job on me, he went way above and beyond on the care that he showed! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone that asked! Thank you Dr. Dial for your professionalism and compassion that you showed me!

Scheduled an appointment here as a new patient and that I am pregnantand did not want x-rays which she said was not an an issue. Got to my appointment everything seemed fine, until I informed the dental assistant and dentist that I did not want x-rays due to me being pregnant and in the 3rd trimester, in which omy OB recommended that i postpone x-rays until after the baby in a couple months unless i had a dental emergency. From there that's when it got a little heated, the dentist was trying to force me to get x-rays although I informed him that my doctor advised against it and that I did not feel comfortable. That I just wanted to come in for a visual exam and a regular teeth cleaning and will come back for a full exam in a couple of months once i had the baby, which was not a problem with a different dentist office I used to go to go to with my previous pregnancy. He was basically trying to tell me that I should just come back after I have the baby and not get any cleaning or anything done at this appointment which was ridiculous, Because the doctors do advise getting your teeth cleaned during pregnancy. After about 5-10 minutes of him trying to push me to get x-rays and making me feel like I was in the wrong for not getting them done, I was pretty upset and was about to walk out, I informed him that I'll just go to another dental office that would have no problem with me not wanting x-rays. He then finally asked the dental assistant to get me a paper to sign stating that I refuse x-rays and proceeded to handscale clean my teeth. He then walked away and did not come back, he didn't say bye, thank you for coming in or anything like that. All I have to say is I will never go back to this office and that I am very upset that they do not respect their patient's rights to health care decisions, And that they only care about billing the insurance for more money by trying to force people to get procedures done that they wish not to. I honestly would be very worried of this office when you get diagnosed and get a second opinion to make sure, Just by the way I was treated when I came in I could tell that this office is all about making money and does not truly about patient care!!

Dr. Lovejoy was thorough and understanding. I was unsure exactly what the problem was and so I felt he took extra measures to make sure he knew what the issue was. I had a visit with another dentist at another practice, a week prior and left feeling like they were leading me towards a more expensive procedure without regard of my pain and I feel like they didn't spend enough time figuring out what the problem was. I felt heard from the entire staff at the N Powers Comfort Dental.

This location was such a blessing to me today. I had been dealing with a broken tooth for a period of time. It was not truly bothersome until the last month. I was trying to hold off until my new insurance took effect. Over the weekend the pain became severe and made sleep very difficult. I called first thing this morning and was told they had no appointments but I could come down and be seen as a walk in and try to fit me in. I arrived at 8:15 and was in the chair within an hour. They took xrays and verified the broken infected tooth. They were able to put a temporary filling in until I could see the endodontist after the infection is gone. Everyone was very sympathetic and kind and gave me options for treatment. The visit today was ridiculously low priced but it couldn't have happened at a better time. 19.00 for the visit and 2 prescriptions filled cost 14.00. I was home and resting by 11:00. Thank you for relieving the pain and getting me on the path to a permanent fix.

I can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Comfort Dental-Stetson Hills. From the Front Desk and Billing, to Dr. Lovejoy and his fabulous Assistants, I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments. Lacey Is truly a miracle worker; went the extra mile to make my teeth like new! I walked in embarrassed to smile and left feeling like a million bucks! Caring, attentive and super friendly. 5 Stars!!
