After having bad experiences as a child in the dental chair, as an adult I have really searched for a good dentist. This Comfort Dental has the most fantastic staff, everyone is always very customer service oriented. I have been bringing my teeth to Dr. Hail for over 5 years and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great dentist as well as staff.

I am a very anxious dental patient. I had Dr. Miller, and he was very understanding and kind; the meds I took to make me partially sedated worked like a charm. The office staff was great. I highly recommend this Comfort Dental, especially if you have dental anxiety. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff!

Omg finally a dental office I don’t mind spending a little time in. Dr Lovejoy and his staff are amazing! They made sure I was comfortable and although I was nervous they kept me laughing the entire time. I was told I needed a tooth extraction in February but the fear of the dentist kept me from having the procedure and needless to say I’ve been in and out of pain up till now. With the help of this amazing staff I not only got over the fear, and got my extraction today, I also felt confident in making future appointments for my follow up care. I really can’t thank you enough to my teeth angels at Comfort Dental North Powers/Stetson Hills location, I’ll be coming to you only for my dental care needs. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Horrible horrible office staff! I understand there are covid regulations and a statewide mask mandate but this Comfort dental takes their power to a whole new level. My sister in law took my daughter with her for her appointment. When she set up the appointment she was not notified to come alone but only to wear a mask. When she arrived with my daughter (11 years old), she was told to fill out her paperwork outside. She returned her paperwork to the front desk and told them to wait outside for the appointment. They went on to tell her that my daughter could not wait in the waiting room or go with her to see the dentist even with a mask. She would need to wait in the hot car alone, unsupervised, by herself for the entirety of the appointment. When Kayla, at the front desk, reported this information to my sister in law, she decided to not finish filling out the paperwork but to leave and go to a different comfort dental. I called to ask them about their policies and I initially talked to Kayla. Kayla was snarky, rude and kept deflecting my question as to why they are okay with an unsupervised, underage child to sit in the car while their parent or guardian were in an appointment. I was placed on hold several times for a total of 40 minutes waiting to speak to one of the dentists. They need to know how their staff are treating potential patients! I finally spoke to an office manager, Anastasia, who was even more unbelievably sparky and condescending than Kayla. They refused to let me speak to one of the dentists and kept telling me to go to another comfort dental. I understand that privately owned businesses can make their own "rules" to keep them safe but i completely disagree with how they implemented their "rules" I even spoke to the health department and they were surprised to hear how they are handling their "power" during this mask mandate. In my opinion and experience with Comfort Dental on Stetson Hills and Powers, they care more about controlling people than caring for them. It should be just as much a violation to take advantage of power as much as it is to violate the statewide mandate. Shameful!

I've been coming here for ten years. Dr. Dial and staff are always, courteous, helpful and affordable. They are always there for me when I need routine work or an emergency like today! If you're searching for a trustworthy and family-friendly practice, this location will be everything you need! Been going there for years! The whole office crew are very friendly and professional. Feels like family when I walk in.

I met Dr. Miller at church and decided to go to him for a checkup. He is very thorough and gentle. Admittedly, I haven’t been the best about going to the dentist but he made me very comfortable through the experience. I went back for a deep cleaning with Carmen and couldn’t have asked for a better hygenist. She explained the procedure and asked me throughout if I was comfortable. I will go back to her for my next cleaning. Everyone who I have met in the office from the front desk to the back office has been very nice and helpful.

Dr Bevins was amazing! Nice bedside manner, and was able to practically read my mind. Any time I had the slightest twinge (I am resistant to anesthetic) there was more numbing stuff applied. Extremely attentive! Root Canals are not fun, but they let me listen to music through my headphones the whole time and I was actually fairly relaxed. While the area is slightly achy, it really isn't bad at all. I was able to eat just fine by chewing on the other side. I love this dental office! They did an amazing job!

Question, do you say I'm scared or hate the dentist?
I was one of the worst then it dawned on me it's not the dentist it's the tools and procedures, the dentist is your best friend!
I'm almost 40 and let's just say I didn't take care of my teeth and did a lot of things that are really bad for teeth.
Dr Miller and the crew are absolutely amazing! I suffer from extreme anxiety and I would make excuses just so I wouldn't have to even walk through the door at the horrible dentist, now I show up early by myself and excited.
To make a very long story short if the dentist is like a nightmare please do yourself a favor and just give Dr Miller a chance.
The entire staff is very friendly and professional they have made me feel comfortable and calm.

Oh yeah I had a 3 plus hour appointment today and it went much better than I thought, also very little pain and was able to eat when I got home.
