I’ve been going to Crossroads Family Dentistry for 4 years I want to say and they are always so kind and caring. I came in with my Invisalign’s and had shown they that the Invisalign had cut straight through my gum and Dr.Lee said it show heal within 2 weeks but if it doesn’t to come back and see them. They really do care about their patients

The receptionist is very rude. She called when I was 3 minutes late for an appointment. I said I would be there in 5 minutes she said if I was not there in 7 minutes she would have to reschedule the appointment. The office is beautiful and the rest of the staff was nice but if the dentist is ever over 10 minutes late I will have to find another one.

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tyng is wonderful. Their customer service and follow up is the best I've experienced from any medical office I have ever been to yet!!!!

I seldom give feedback, especially the bad ones, but I have to do it this time. Firstly, every time I called to schedule or reschedule for an appointment, the person who talked to me had never said: Have a good day. They (I talked to many people) just hung up the phone after saying goodbye. Secondly, the crown that Dr. Tyng replaced for me cannot work properly, and he said he has nothing to do with it. From the beginning, the reason he recommended me to replace my crown is because the food was stuck under the crown and in my gum. The first one he replaced, I totally could not chew on eat. I talked to him, and he did not want to fix it. Then after a light argument, he agreed to let me do the X-ray for free with an unhappy attitude. Then he put a second crown on which I do appreciate. However, this one still doesn’t work. Even though, I can chew better than the first crown, but somehow, it’s still a little bit sensitive which is still acceptable. The thing that is unacceptable is the food keeps being stuck under the crown and in my gum. So my first issue/reason that I determined to have him replace a new crown was not solved. Every time I floss, I must dig down the gum and take the big amount of food out. You know, it’s really painful. I saw him today, and after a few looks, he said he has nothing to do with it. He said he’s not gonna move this crown and replace another one. I just did not want to argue with him. I'm just done. Imaging you buy a table, and one of the legs is broken. The company must replace a new one for you. If the new table still had another broken leg, the company would still have to replace a new one if they were a good company with good service. How could you use a table with a broken leg? Same to my situation. How can I chew on this tooth with sensitivity and food is always stuck in? Now I have this tooth which a new crown but my first issue (stuck food) was not solved, and I cannot chew as well as the original one used to. This is my chewing tooth.

Have been using this practice since moving to Colorado. Very friendly staff that is definitely concerned that you are treated professionally and personally. Keep you informed of current procedure and recommendations for future issues. As painless as possible and definitely recommend them to friends and family.
