Amazing office with great people. As a former dental professional myself, receiving the best care is highly important to me. I am very glad that I can trust Dr.Tyng and his staff to ensure that my teeth are healthy and looking great.

This is an amazing office. The entire staff is knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I have had extensive work done on my mouth the last few months and the doctors have called personally multiple times to check on my well being and make sure everything was healing properly. They are incredible about working with you about insurance and I'd recommend to absolutely anyone. Thank you Dr.tyng and crossroads staff for everything!

Looking for a dentist since our old one did not take our new insurance. So glad we found Crossroads! Dr. Tyng explained everything and had actual pictures in addition to the x-rays to explain what needed to be done. He and his whole staff are warm, friendly and fun.

Stellar customer service, got me in within an hour despite not being a current patient, fixed a very difficult broken tooth. Could not be happier. Will definately go to them again.

This is the best dentist I have been to. I moved to Denver a year ago and still make the commute because it is so worth it! They do great care and go above and beyond for their patients. The new facility is beautiful and clean. Dr.Tyng is so personable and truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this dentist!

They are efficient, actually take advantage of the ceiling TV's, and it's a comfortable environment. Staff is super friendly and ultimately human- I always appreciate when the staff and dentists seem happy to be there and show personality. It really solidified my experience.

I had the same experience as some of these other one star reviewers. Unfortunately, the poor and unethical business practice this place uses, outweighs all of its upside (nice facility, friendly Doctor & staff, etc.)

Here comes the bad. After cleaning and X-rays the doctor had told me I had 9 cavities. I’ve never had that many total in my entire life. They didn’t show me or review the real-time X-rays with me, but rather, used a paper chart to show me where they were. Luckily, I didn’t believe that I could have 9 cavities and took my business elsewhere. A second opinion told me I had ONE MINOR cavity.

This happened to my sibling as well. Beyond poor practice, this business is also expensive. This place has the glitz and glamour but I’m sure there are other places around the area that won’t lie to you and still provide excellent service. Based on others reviews being the same as mine, I'm surprised that Crossroads Dentistry hasn’t been reported to the BBB yet.

I recently moved back to Colorado Springs and decided to try Crossroads Family Dentistry because of all the great reviews. They have not disappointed! Each staff member has shown the utmost care from the moment I walked in the door. My cleaning and checkup went smoothly and Dr.Arang was insightful and not pushy when discussing future plans for my wisdom teeth, teeth discoloration from my years in braces and orthodontic options to correct some tooth movement in my lower jaw. I came back about a week later for the color correction treatment (not whitening) and I’m blown away by the difference it made! I wasn’t even aware there was a resin based treatment option until Dr. Arang suggested it. I’ll be recommending Crossroads to all my friends and continuing to come back as long as I’m in Colorado Springs.

So grateful for Dr. Tyng and the staff here! I really love the holistic view of oral health is looked at and am so glad I chose here for my dental needs. I feel empowered in knowing my options and making a choice off of those!

FRIENDLY and efficient staff. Both Dentists, Dr Tyne and Dr Grose are extremely friendly and care about you concerns. Having been my first visit, I can say it was quite pleasant. And I would highly recommend them.
