Comfort Dental Downtown Denver - Your Trusted Dentist in Denver

I've been interested in Comfort Dental for a while. I have a little bit of dentist phobia. My first dentist's name, when I was a kid, was Dr. Herz. But all I recall is it was Dr. Hurts! I wanted to try CD, but never was convenient until downtown Denver. My first two visits and I love Dr. Hughes and this place. I've found my new dental home! Very highly recommend. Beautiful dental work. Convenient location, hours, and super modern environment is awesome.

I have been to this Comfort Dental twice and both visits were exceptional! My daughter had all four wisdom teeth extracted and I had a deep clean and small cavity filled. 5-star pricing, 5-star service and an A+ experience from my family! Highly recommend.

Wonderful thoughtful caring people who take pride in quality dental work. I was traveling in Denver they got me in within an hour to replace a crown. Highly recommended.

This location was amazing! I went in for an extraction of my wisdom teeth and I was pretty much in and out. The dental assistant Sandy Gomez made me feel comfortable, she was very knowledgable and informative, and reassured me that everything would be okay. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. Dr. Liu was also great, he got the job done and I’m grateful for being professional through the whole thing.

I chose this Comfort Dental based on it's location, downtown Denver. It is located very close to where I work. I hate to admit that it has been years since I have seen a dentist, which is why I kept putting it off and putting it off. A few weeks ago I was in such agonizing pain that I had no choice but to put aside my embarrassment and shame and just go. I called, and to my surprise I got an appointment for the very next day! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome by the friendly and informative administrative staff. I waited for what seemed to be only a couple of minutes and was then greeted by a very nice dental assistant who prepared me for my consult with Dr. Lu. She did my ex-rays and was extremely professional and gentle. Then I met Dr. Lu and was very relieved by the fact that I did not feel judged at all, which was one of my biggest fears. He was awesome! I had a bad abscess in one of my front top teeth. He informed me that getting rid of the rest of the teeth that I have and getting dentures was going to be my best option. In the meantime, he would need to pull that front one that was giving me so much pain. I told him how upset it made me that I would have to go a whole month with a missing front tooth, I cried actually. At this point, he reviewed my ex-rays and told me that he would go ahead and do a root canal so that I didn't have to "look like a jack-o-later for the next month". Even though this front tooth will be pulled for good along with all of my remaining teeth 2 weeks from now, a month from then, Dr. Lu made it to where I wouldn't have to walk around for a month missing a front tooth. He cared enough about me and how I was feeling to take the time to do what he did. We just met. This meant the world to me. This Comfort Dental is amazing! I never do reviews, but I always read them. If you read them too and they help make your decision to go some where or not, I hope my review brings you to this office. They are all awesome. Dr. Lu is amazing. Very gentle, explains everything, but most importantly, he really cares...All if the staff there does! I give this office 5 stars! - Shalona Knudsen

Came in today for my first initial appointment. The receptionist was late. And then I was told that the dentist wouldn't be there till 9am. I made an appointment for 730am. I walked out. I am not coming back. You can't just promise people an appointment time if the dentist won't even be there. People have to work as well and plan their whole day around an appointment.

The dentists are nice. They did little work on me so it wouldn't be fair for me to comment on that. Jenn at the front desk wasted 2 days of my life and cost me a half day of work. I was promised my x-rays via email by business close. Nothing. I called at opening the next day to make the same request. 45 minutes later, after explaining I needed these for a different appointment, I receive a PDF of my x-rays. Yes, a picture of a picture that I'm supposed to bring to another office to forego the need for another full set of x-rays.
She tells me they can only be transferred via flash drive so I drive down there immediately. A dentist comes out to help me almost right away then leaves and returns with my flash drive as 'corrupted.' And that's fine because I brought backups but at that moment I request (to the dentist) that they be emailed to me. 'No problem.' When the dentist leaves the area Jenn has the nerve to tell me it's my fault for not being specific enough about what I needed.
A day late (actually 4 months since my initial request), a wasted car trip, several professionals pulled from their immediate tasks, half a day of pay gone, and an irate client. All because one person couldn't complete a task and refused to accept ownership for dropping the ball, let alone trying to make it right. A shining example of someone blaming everyone but themselves. Jenn literally made up the need for a flash drive for seemingly no other reason than to make this difficult for the me in the hopes I'd give up and go away. When people in healthcare decide they don't want to help people they shouldn't be in healthcare anymore.

I had a great experience! Needed a tooth extracted that was beyond saving. Got my X-rays and shortly after was given a few shots for pain and within 15 minutes my bad tooth was out without pain! Definitely will be going back to comfort dental in the future! Thanks to everyone there!

Fantastic practice! Im so glad I chose to come here. Extremely efficient and quick for a first visit. Was able to do all the paperwork before I even went in. Brand new beautiful office, kind and helpful staff and the Dr was both thorough and informative. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back in the future for any dental needs.
