LeDowns Dentistry

Doctors Downs and Zalesky are excellent. LeDowns Dentistry is a full service dental practice that specializes in restorative treatment and Dr. Downs is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I started seeing Dr. Downs a few years ago when my dental issues became more complicated and required a higher degree of knowledge and specialization. With the aid of new dental technology and his years of experience and study, Dr. Downs is able to proactively diagnose problems before they become too overwhelming. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Downs for as long as possible. I wish I had been able to see Dr. Downs when my dental problems originated in my early teens, about 1980. If I had, I likely wouldn't have as many problems today. Now he spends a lot of time fixing problems that stem from my original dental and orthodontia work that, over time, have caused jaw alignment, tooth cracking and erosion, and root problems.
LeDowns may be more expensive than other dental offices, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Downs has detected upcoming problems and was able to begin planning treatment before the problems occurred. Then when the problem did occur, he was ready to treat the whole problem rather than making a temporary fix.
Since reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic, they have been using hospital-grade decontamination procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

I just had my new patient appointment at LêDowns dentistry. They were really great! The staff is very friendly and their appointment availability works great with my schedule. I don't have dental insurance so I signed up with their in-house coverage, and it is a great deal for my family.

Everyone was professional and efficient at the front desk and the doctor/hygienist listened to me about past experience to better understand the best maintenance plan for me. They also moved the process along in an efficient manner.

Also, I've had a procedure recommended before that I know is unnecessary and ineffective. The doctor told me the same without prompt. That makes me comfortable

I have had half a dozen different dentists in my adult life and extensive dental work, but none have been more professional, kind, thorough, and competent than this practice. Dr. Zalesky is always warm and welcoming, and Dr. Downs is the friendliest doctor, maybe even person, I have ever met. I never feel like a procedure is done for no reason, and what is being done is always explained thoroughly, often even before I can ask questions!

As with most people, going to the dentist let alone going to a new dentist is not something I was looking forward to. This was an amazing experience though. EVERYONE from the person who took the initial appointment to checking out were just great. Kind, courteous, professional. It had been a few years since my last appointment when my previous dentist retired. I was nervous, everyone understood and did everything they could to ease my fears. I found a new dentist!!

I went in for a check up and X-ray. I felt like everyone in the office had high spirits and they were all very kind. Dr. Ledown was extremely helpful and I could feel cared about his clients well being. I went in with big concerns and left with peace of mind. Thank you!

Scheduled my appointment online and website said they accepted my insurance. Took time off work for this appointment only to find out when I’m checking in, they do not take my insurance and tried to offer me their own dental plan. They had all my information and I would’ve appreciated a phone call prior to wasting my time.

Our family receives the best dental care at LeDowns! The docs are very patient and meticulous. It is a challenge to find a good dentist, and we feel fortunate to be at LeDowns!

Even though the busines has changed, the quality of service is still exemplary and friendly!
