Great experience with my cleaning and checkup! Thanks to Michelle and Dr O’Grady for being so welcoming, thorough and professional. Love all the comfort offerings like drinks, neck warmers, blankets, videos and music. I highly recommend them!!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I was on the search for a new dentist because I am semi new to the area and based on location OG dental seemed like a great fit. I always get nervous about the dentist so I did not have the highest of hopes and was very anxious. My first appointment I went for a basic cleaning and checkup, and right when you get there they offer you a list of things to help you feel more relaxed such as a warmed neck pillow, headphones to watch Netflix, and the list goes on. I chose all of them. :) They did not try to influence me to get anything done other that what was absolutely necessary, which was such a relief because due to the pandemic I don't have tons of money lying around. They helped me with financing options and I ended up purchasing their in house insurance plan that they offer. It was so clean and everyone was masked up, which I greatly appreciate because I live with my grandparents and was nervous about Covid. I felt one thousand percent safe in that regard! It was such a good experience that I chose to book my next appointment then and there to go back to have my wisdom teeth removed, along with some other procedures. I went back yesterday to get those things done and it was the easiest, smoothest, most pain free experience I could have ever hoped for. It's only been one day of recovery but I feel like I barely had anything done. I'm already back to normal and in absolutely no pain. They also followed up with me today to make sure I was doing okay, which I was gladly and truthfully able to respond that I was doing great! My sister's boyfriend had his wisdom teeth removed the same day as me at a different dentist's office and he is having the complete opposite experience that I had. He had an extremely miserable experience and is in SO much pain with nonstop bleeding. I am so glad I chose OG Dental and I will keep going back as long as I can. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. I will refer them to anybody that I can. Thanks so much for everything!!

I am in awe of this place. I came in with a broken tooth and was able to get in the same day (after calling numerous other places and told I’d have to wait two weeks). I was petrified it would be expensive since I have no insurance but to my shock the price was remarkably affordable. I was especially impressed by how futuristic this place is. It’s 100% contactless and forms are delivered to you via your OWN PHONE! Another futuristic concept I never seen before if their membership program which is essentially insurance which helps to cover the cost of way more then normal dental insurance (example- invisaline and botox) which is a brand new business model that impressed me. The work done was so good I actually forgot I had a broken tooth yesterday. I’ve never been as impressed by a dentist office in my entire life as I have been by this place and will be becoming a member and coming here for all my dental needs

I only have one phobia that I know of and that's going to the dentist. It's not easy to pick out a professional who is a total stranger and give him a couple thousand dollars to put you in serious pain. My experience with OG Dental was such a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. They offer neck pillows, music and they have TV's on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during the procedure. I highly recommend them. My 2nd experience at OG Dental was nothing even close to the first. I had called their # to inform them that my antibiotics did not seem to be working and needed a different prescription. They were closed that monday and I had no energy from the toxins due to the infection that started from my tooth to a sinus infection as well. They made an appointment for me the next day. I come in (absolutely no energy) to get the script I knew I needed. The doctor came in saying he's ready to start a root canal. What?!!!!. No one had relayed my issues. I had told the assistant just as l had gotten in there that I had just finished having my Father sent to the hospital. The combination of that news and my lack of energy; I didn't even have to turn around to see them backing out of the room. While they were saying we should do this when l was feeling better. I was still insistant that I needed the script. They asked me to wait for the script by the front door. I complied but it felt like I was extorting my prescription with the threat of not leaving. Long story short. I started feeling better a day or 2 after the new antibiotics started kicking in and am doing fine now. Finally. I understand the Covid panick. But the severe lack of communication and lack of follow through over my medication (not to mention the $50 I would have to pay if I missed my appointment; tells me that this practice is set up to be a money machine and not much else. I feel I'm finding out early and getting off cheap. Afterwards I had come to find out that they did the right thing politely ushering me out the door. Turns out that morning my brothers had to take my 81 year old father to the hospital. Wasn't the usual dehydration it usually was it was covid. He died quickly from the covid. Took about 6 days. As it turns out my mom has also tested positive; she's in her 80's and my first test came back inconclusive. I'm getting my results on the 2nd test tomorrow. I had a long talk to the good doctor the other day and as the result I find my review went from 5 to 1 and is now sitting at 3 stars. So I'm on the fence at the moment. I believe Dr. O'Grady is sincere in his promise to me that this sort of thing never happens again. I'm curious to see what kind of communication protocol he implements.

Dr. O'Grady and Dr. Miller are the best in Denver! I was blown away by their beautiful, modern office and amenities. I highly recommend going to OG Dental for all your dental needs.

If you’re looking for a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit, this is the place. Not only is Dr Grady a pleasure but his staff is wonderful as well! They keep you fully informed during the entire process so there’s so surprises at the end. They also provide neck warmers, essential oils, and much more that will enhance your comfort!

OMG, don't know where to begin. Brand new office with the latest technology, friendly staff and a list of comfort amenities to choose from such as headphones, Netflix, neck pillow, essential oil, blanket plus. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. First I went in for a cleaning and exam. I don't have dental insurance so signed up for their package that included 2 cleanings, 2 exams and 1 set of x-rays plus 15% off on all treatment. The package is very reasonable and I'm motivated to get my next cleaning b/c it's already paid for! I had 3 cavities so needed follow up. I reviewed costs prior to treatment. They were completely transparent about cost and how it compares to insurance contracted rates. I just had my treatment today and I'm so impressed with Dr. O'Grady. I didn't feel the injections AT ALL! He has perfected some special techniques and they work! I also loved the tool he used so my mouth stayed open without it getting tired. He uses anesthesia that doesn't stay all day. In fact, I was able to drink my coffee (still hot) while paying bill without dribbling. I was in and out of there in about 45min. Please go see him for your dental needs. You will not regret it. Thanks OG Dental! So glad you are in our neighborhood!
