I never write reviews, but the professionals at Woodmen Dental are worth raving about!
My two year old daughter and myself had our first appointments today at Woodmen Dental (my daughter’s first ever visit to a dentist). From start to finish, everyone was warm and welcoming. However, our hygienist, Natalie, went over and beyond with her kindness and accommodation. My daughter is very shy and has separation anxiety. Natalie did everything she could to make her comfortable while I got my exam (talking to her, letting her pick out a toothbrush/toys from the toy chest). She even sent her home with a cute little doll. To top it all off, she walked us both out to the lobby and colored for a few minutes with my daughter while I finished up some paper work! I was blown away! I will definitely be returning here for any and all of my dental work and have already recommended this dental practice to my entire family!

It was my first appointment and a good experience. The girls up front were amazing so kind and sweet. Doctor Smith was very helpful and explained my treatment in detail. It was not easy facing what I was going to have to go through. But Donna was compassionate and understanding to me. Her kindness was unbelievable. Thank you to everyone!!!

Love this dental clinic! Been going here for over 3 years now. Every single employee from the front desk to the dentist himself are always so friendly and attentive. I have my teeth cleaned by Emi and she is gentle, thorough, and a delight to be around. Also love that it shares a parking lot with Safeway, so plenty of space and never stressful getting a spot. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated all the time taken to show images and demonstrations of dental procedures. I was really nervous going back to the dentist and every team member took the time to explain and answer all my questions in detail. That made me feel way more comfortable going back in the future.

The worst experience I have ever had. I told the dental hygienist not to use the pressure water treatment to clean my teeth because they are very sensitive and to use the hand tool per my last hygienist I saw at this office. she said nothing and started the cleaning with the water pressure treatment. I jumped once in pain and she stated I have it on low but I will lower it more. she proceeded again and I jumped in pain spitting water everywhere. I told her I'm sorry she said nothing and then used a hand tool to finish my cleaning. I have always had 30+ minute cleanings. this was about 20 minutes with X-rays. I felt she did not care to listen to me and wanted to hurry up and leave for the day sense I was the last patient. not one apology nothing. she then states to me oh we don't have a doctor in today so if you want to see one you will need to schedule a appointment. when have you ever gone in for a cleaning and not seen a doctor to review your treatment. with that being said I feel they should have called me and told me we don't have a doctor for your scheduled cleaning would you like to reschedule. which I would have. she insisted I schedule my next cleaning before leaving the office. I told her three times I would call. She walked me up front and tells the receptionist she won't reschedule she said she wants to call and shrugged her shoulders rolling her eyes. I have in the past, highly recommended this practice to family and friends. I will no longer. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

I had a filling come out, so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and everyone there was so nice from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk was so cheerful and inviting, the hygienist very friendly and personable, and the Dr was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. They took care of my problem right away and I very much appreciated it. Highly recommend!!
