I had an urgent issue this morning, in having a crown come off exposing a vulnerable area. I called my normal dental office, to find out they were closed the next 4 days. Their referral clinic were not very responsive & had no openings (even under urgent circumstances) for next 4 days. I Googled and found another local dental clinic here in Falcon. I called Woodmen Dental and spoke with Erica. She was extremely friendly and I explained my situation. She was awesome & able to get me in today afternoon. Saw Technician Shannon, who was also very friendly and accommodating. She did all the prep work. Dr. Greg came in, heard my situation, fine-tuned the crown, adjusted as needed, and cemented it back in. They took serious interest in making sure the fit & bite were near perfect before letting me go.
Bottom line is, this was truly a great experience, from initial call to Erica, thru seeing the Doc. Especially for a drop-in urgent non assigned patient, they took great care of me. Thank you Woodmen Dental.

Through my entire childhood and adulthood, I’ve had a very unfortunate fear of the dentist. My experience at Woodmen Dental Group has consistently been exceptional and has greatly alleviated those fears. Not only were they kind, professional and courteous with myself, they were also exceptional with my young daughter which made my experience all the better. Dr. Smith has been nothing but amazing. He has always taken the additional step outside of just caring for our oral health, but ensuring that I love my smile in addition to my health. Would highly recommend for patients of all ages!

The entire staff are wonderful! Had been overdue for care and they said they were happy to see us as new patients. Excellent caring demeanor, chair side manner and care by Dr. Smith, the assistants and hygienist ...love this dental office 😁👍🏻

Such a great experience! The front office staff was very nice and friendly they offered coffee and water in the waiting room which was a nice touch. Emi was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Dr Smith came in and went over treatment and really was great st explaining why we need to do the necessary treatment! Over all a great experience!

Excellent staff very caring. Dr Smith is a compassionate dentist he puts the well-being and comfort of his patients first. If you have any question or concerns they take the time to really listen and make sure you are confident with their answers.

My experience at woodmen dental was awesome and I recommend everyone to come over for their teeth cleaned and much more. The staff are friendly and courteous and treat you with respect this place is the best thank you for your awesome service and care.

I felt so comfortable with Emi who cleaned my teeth. She explained everything in detail which made such a difference to me! I also liked the young lady who checked me out and explained my insurance. I will definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Unfortunately not so happy with them now. I had to cancel my appointment last minute because my husband couldn't get out of work in time (he works in Denver) to come home to take care of our two year old. This was not something I knew 24 hours in advance. They are charging me $50 for the cancellation. She did say I could bring my daughter in with me and for the life of me I can't imagine letting her run around a dentist office while I'm getting numbing shots and a deep cleaning. Yes, let's see how that works out. Anyway, I told her no need to reschedule me I won't be coming back. Too bad, I did like them initially.

Dr. Smith - I had an urgent issue and was frustrated by my (now previous) dentist's lack of caring for a patient who has been there 20 years. I stopped by the Woodmen Dental Group office near closing time to see if they were accepting new patients. I had no expectations other than trying to make an appointment. Dr. Smith was the only one there, because the receptionist had already left. I told him that I did not expect him to help me solve the problem since I wasn't a current patient, but he took the time to find out what was wrong, wrote a prescription, and arranged an appointment for the next day - far more than the other dentist. I can't thank him enough for his concern and caring.

Dr. Norman - I was impressed that he recognized what my medications are for, which is more than any other medical professional not in the specialty has known. He was kind, straightforward, acknowledged my concerns, and had a great "chair-side" manner. He explained the situation and what he was going to do thoroughly and provided options. The very minor surgery he did was uncomfortable but not as bad as I expected, and he made sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure.

Needless to say, they have a new patient, and my old office has lost not only me, but my entire family.

It was my family’s first time and the staff was very friendly and welcoming on top of being very fast and efficient, making it an awesome experience! I am not very fond of going to the dentist but Woodmen Dental Group really put me at ease and made my experience a lot less stressful!

We’ve seen Woodman Dental group for years and really appreciate the care and honesty in this dental practice. Highly recommended!! No up sell for unnecessary treatments.
