I hate going to the dentist... BUT these people are great. Sort of like good neighbors. Friendly, professional and really nice to talk to. Oh Yea, they also do good work and seem to ALWAYS care about your comfort. Reason only 4 stars is have had a couple of issues with the billing department (Main office), but please note that it was always resolved by folks at Woodmen Dental.

Took my boys in after re-opening from covid closures. The front staff had her kids there and nobody was wearing masks in the entire place (except my kids and I.) They did put them on to work in their mouths, but that was the extent of masks. They were seen by someone who had clearly never even used the equipment. She didn't know how to polish the teeth, and didn't do it well. She dabbed each tooth for a split second and moved on. I watched her as she used the same fluoride container , inappropriately, on both kids. She dabbed one spot on each tooth rather than painting it on. She nearly sent my second son out without the dentist ever seeing him. I had to ask her if the dentist was going to come back in first to check my son's teeth. I talked with the office manager and she states that they were short staffed and so brought in a dental assistant (and google this for yourself, they have no training or legal duty to be cleaning teeth.) for a few days and learned she wouldn't be a good fit. We were welcome to come back in to have the kids' teeth re-done, but we were still charged for the flouride (cash pay) and insurance was still billed for the "cleaning" and I am not taking my children back to that place where nobody wears masks to prevent the spread amongst themselves. Heard just the following week that a dentist in the springs had an outbreak. I give them one star for previous cleanings for my family, but even that... they took xrays on 3 of us and they weren't the basic x-rays covered by insurance. Nobody warned us about that so we got a $400 bill (also billed incorrectly for my 3 year old) and I had to ask them about it before having those charges "forgiven." Should be warned that you may be on the hook without being warned for some fancy "bitewing" type x-rays. I had no indication they were anything more than normal xrays until we got that bill.

Dr Greg Smith is a knowledgeable & efficient dentist.
Dana is a worthy Hygienist who is experienced, supportive, & patient.
Go to this clinic to get competent treatment & service from a good Team of DDS, Hygienists, & office personnel.
I believe it takes a complete Team of these kind of people to complete your dental care.

Keep getting a bill for the preventative care my family has received that is covered by insurance . Never had issues before, but can’t seem to get this resolved. Keep calling, no returned calls and no resolve. I have cancelled future apt until this is taken care of. So frustrating, because we really like going here.

I just received another bill in the mail today. And can get ahold of NO ONE in the office! They charged a visit for a family member that does not go there and 2 no show fees after we have canceled them!

I went to Woodmen Dental for the the first time and I was very happy. I was greeted with a friendly smile the moment I walked in. I was taken to a room on time and the girl in the back was also very nice. She seemed very confident. Dr. Dodsworth came in and gave me several options for my broken tooth and let me decide what I wanted to do. Over all I had a great visit and look forward to having all of my teeth fixed as soon as I can.

I saw Gregory Smith, he and his team did a great a great job. I have a very sensitive gag reflex. They didn't rush me thru, and when it came to going over treatment, He gave me options and didn't pressure me. Looks like I finally found a dentist I can feel comfortable with.

Went in for a couple of fillings today. The staff was wonderful! They got the work done in a timely manner and I was comfortable the whole time. I felt cared for and that quality work was done. I look forward to taking the rest of my family in later this week.
