Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best dentist I have ever been to.

If you are military please be cautious when paying for procedures up front. If you PCS and go to another My Kids Dentist your payment will not be moved/transfered to the new location and it's a hassle getting your money back from this location, 2 months and counting.

Great place and great people!

My 2 year old son didn't cry or anything when they were taking a look in his mouth and brushing his teeth. My 5 year old daughter gets scared very easily in situations where there are people entering her personal space, and with weird looking instruments at that. They are so patient, explained everything to her, answered every question of hers without showing any annoyance (if there even was any, I didn't pick up on it at all), and offered her incentives to get her to completely stop her thumb sucking. They have a tv on the ceiling to help distract the kids as well when they are in the chair. They have a toy room in the waiting area along with self-serve coffee and water. I highly recommend them!

The front desk, assistants, and the dentists I've seen on the adult side have all been phenomenal! However, my recent experience with my 2 year old led me to leave this review. We have seen Dr.Owen and another dentist on the pediatric side. First appointment was with Dr. Owen and he seemed to be a good fit for us. Second, was with a dentist I cant remeber the name of and the visit seemed pretty rushed. The third was yesterday with Dr. Owen. This visit left me in tears and feeling very lost and confused. It started off normal, I expressed my concerns, he had xrays done, and then Dr.Owen did his evaluation. My son faught a little and then he finished up. Dr.Owen called me over to look at the xray and showed me that there were cavities on my sons top 4 teeth and told me that they would have to be removed. He said they were so big that they couldnt be fixed with caps and needed to be extracted so that they didnt get infected. I laughed because thats all I could do at the time to not cry.. I understand there are worse things and that these are just baby teeth.. However, without even giving any other possible options or explaining or talking over any possible side effects such as speech, teeth shifting, and possibility of delaying his adult teeth growing back, he went over how he would sedate my 2 year old (not the risks or side effects) just that they would orally sedate him so he wouldn't have "bad memories" and that he needed to fast beforehand. Before I knew it they were giving me pricing and willing to set up a date for the following week without even a physical or anything. To make it worse, when I asked if there was anything I could do to prevent my future children from this he went on a lecture me about breastfeeding on demand and through the night. Then he proceeded to tell me that I would have a "second chance" with his adult teeth in about 4 or 5 years... Like seriously? I felt so attacked and like he was placing blame on me.. Without even asking or considering that my son had food allergies and other medical issues that I've since been told are more than likely the main cause of his enamel being damaged. Needless to say, I am so glad we decided to get a second opinion! Turns out his teeth aren't that bad and he gets to keep them all!

It’s always a great experience with everyone
