Stay aware from this dental office. They are dishonest and the hygienists make rude/negative comments. Constantly wanting to do dental procedures that are not covered by insurance and want you to pay cash. A hygienist (not even the dentist) told me I had periodontal disease (completely untrue & confirmed by other dental offices) due to kissing my husband who has periodontal disease. Um???? When I left them feedback, they had the same weird dental hygienist call me and she started the conversation by saying “I wanted to talk to you because I don’t think you understood some of the things I said…” um, no- I understood you clearly. You diagnosed a condition I didn’t have and told me that I’d need to pay $500 out of pocket. Additionally, you made weird comments while I was there. I’m good. Do not visit this office… they’ve gone down hill! They couldn’t even give me the courtesy of having an actual DENTIST call me!

My husband and I had great visits to Fountain Modern Dentistry. Never had such great cleanings, attentive techs, and Dr. Campbell is amazing. The front reception desk is by far the friendliest and most efficient we have ever dealt with. I'd recommend them to friends and family!

I was told cleaning my teeth was a waste of money, time, and then I was walked out. I have never been treated so poorly and felt so bad about myself and my dental health journey. Trust me and find another place. I was a patient for 2 years, and was prepared to start a dental plan of over $15,000. I will never allow anyone to make me feel like I'm not worthy of decent human kindness and decency. RUN!

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate this office and the staff. I have anxiety about Dentist’s from my experience in the Army and then had an Endontist lie and tell me they took my insurance only to charge me an outlandish amount for 3D x-rays. So when I called their office mid panic attack they were able to handle my insanity and get me scheduled within a few days. Thank you Michelle!
The Dentist’s and Endontist in their office were spectacular with communication and efficiency. I’ve never had a situation taken care of so quickly.
They also made a choice not to drill just to drill. The other Endontist had told me I needed three root canals and that it was emergent. Modern Dentistry and Dr. Tran explained the what and why and made it clear that wasn’t the case and my teeth would be fine.
I cannot recommend this office enough. Especially for those with anxiety about going to the dentist.

I had to get a root canal and that alone makes people cringe but Dr. Cairns and his team took care of me very well. I highly recommend this Dentistry. They were all very friendly and professional and took their time to ensure everything was done correctly.

They appear to be under new management and have gone downhill since years past. Hygienists keep calling off or canceling appointments and dentist. Don’t stay very long at this location.. there is a total lack of empathy or concerns for the patients that have to take certain measures to show up at appointments and then get canceled at the last minute
