I appreciated the very personable care that was taken of me through the whole process. Dr. Hill and his staff were very knowledgeable and skilled. I was also very appreciative of the honest and comprehensive exam of my mouth and teeth and how Dr. Hill took the time to explain everything to me before he did anything.

Dr. Hill and staff are so amazing. I thought my tooth was gone but Dr. Hill saved it! They also worked with me in the remaining balance. While I waited and I was nervous, they put me in a message chair. My daughters and I have come back to get our teeth cleaned! So friendly and kind! Down to earth but still professional!! Support a Vet too!!!

I am very happy that I have found a wonderful dentist in my area when I have been looking for a long time to find someone that I am comfortable with. The staff was really wonderful and patient with me as I have fear of dental work they really helped me through the whole process and made it total pleasure. I recommend them very highly!

Staff were amazing! I was able to schedule my cleaning and my young kids' at the same time. They were so great with my 2 year old who normally does not let anyone brush her teeth and they were able to give her a full cleaning.

My experience was just like that of other reviewers! I was told that I had several cavities that needed to be filled. They even worked on my teeth and had me pay a copay, but when the insurance company (United Concordia) reviewed the claim, their panel of dentists looked at my x-rays and determined that there were never any cavities to begin with! They refused to pay, so the dentist tried to go after me for the rest of the money. Thankfully, I talked to some great people at United Concordia and was told that I legally could not be forced to pay the rest of the money since the treatment was completely unnecessary. The insurance company also contacted the dental office to let them know that they couldn't bill me, and apparently the lady there cussed the insurance rep out over the phone and hung up on him! Insurance also sent representatives in person to explain to them that they were breaking policy by trying to bill me, but they still insisted that I pay and even threatened to call a collection agency. This went on for a full year before they apparently just gave up! I recently heard from our insurance company that they are no longer in contract with this dentist - I can't imagine why...
It's so sad that this place would prey on anyone, let alone the family of a soldier while he is serving in Afghanistan! I'm honestly shocked that this place is still in business and hasn't had legal action taken against them by now. Please do not risk being scammed here!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place needs to be taken down and the staff should be in prison. But he pays off expensive lawyers. DR. Hill and his wife are the most toxic individuals I ever met on earth, malpractices etc. they hide all there reviews and will get sued. So don’t call your lawyer Jeremy cause I know him but to. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

I had to go in due to a broken tooth and could not find a baby sitter. Everyone there was so polite and helpful . My daughter is 14 months and would not stop crying I truly felt so bad. But this amazing staff did everything in there power to help me and comfort my baby . Thank you so much everyone at new beginnings. I would give 10 stars if I could

Worst I have had work on my teeth the dentist is cool but when you feel everything while he's working on you it's not good. I felt him touch the bone on my mouth even needed stitches which has never happened to me. I was in so much pain when I went home that I never came back and changed to a different dentist office. Now I'm terrified of going to get work done on my teeth.

Today was a very tough one for myself, Dr.Hill and his assistant Ms Simone (cuz I'm a whiny patient) , and Ms Renee (cuz my brain was on "doesn't sound familiar to me" mode.)
Long story short
THE BEST DENTAL GROUP I've ever had !!
They are patient , kind, compassionate , and not without Humor. All this helped me to understand it's the sounds that get me. I for one won't take me or Patrick anywhere else as long as we're all around !!

The staff were polite and helpful. Having not been to the dentist is 11 years, they pointed out all the work that needed to be done and offered alternatives if I chose to go that route.
