Dr. Phi genuinely cares about your oral health, and the proof is in the results. Not everyone likes going to the dentist, but everyone will like Dr. Phi.

Dr. Phi and her entire staff have been absolutely amazing. I have a lot of old fillings that need to be replaced. Dr. Phi tells me honestly which fillings need to be replaced and which ones she wants to keep an eye on. I really appreciate her honesty with this. I also really appreciate how comfortable I feel in the office. Everyone is always very gentle and kind.

Took my son here for his first teeth cleaning and had a wonderful experience. The waiting area had a separate kids play room that made my son feel at ease. Alicia, the hygienist, and Dr. Phi were very patient and good with kids. It made a dreaded task an enjoyable experience. My son actually incorporates brushing his teeth in his pretend play now!

The best dental experience of my life!
I did my research when choosing a new dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long and had relied on my Sonicare tooth brush to tide me over. In my research, I read reviews on Yelp and google, asked my coworkers, read dental websites, researched the technology used at various offices, read the dentist's biographies and then researched the dental schools they attended...the works...I was thorough. I think I made a very informed decision and I couldn't be happier with Nouvelle.
Michelle, at the front desk, is just lovely. She is warm, polite, welcoming and on top of the insurance stuff. Michelle emailed me my new patient paperwork so I could complete it in advance if I wanted to. She took my paperwork, reviewed it for my missing responses (I missed a whole bunch--what a bonehead) processed it into my new patient file and ta-da, I was done.
Jordan, the dental assistant, has a very pleasant disposition and was very knowledgeable about the technology used and explained everything. I was impressed that she shared her knowledge with me, I love knowing whats going on. She took my panoramic xray--easy peesy. Because it is digital, she showed me immediately what it looked like. Then to the exam room, which is light and airy and in no way claustrophobic. At Dr. Phi's direction, she took 2 more xrays to really see previous fillings. The machine was tucked away behind modern cabinetry, it was nice that the obtrusive machines weren't visible throughout the exam.
Dr. Phi joined us and began the exam and was very thorough. Even more--she was extremely pleasant and friendly. Legit, she is someone I'd be friends with. I almost asked the staff if they wanted to have a cocktail at Cool Rivers after it was done because they were all so great. I digress, Dr. Phi performed the entire exam and cleaning. She handed me a remote control so I could watch Netflix or several other options during the cleaning. She even turned on the massaging function on the chair. I laid back and relaxed. I never turned on the TV because I enjoyed her conversation so much. Dr. Phi took pictures of problem spots and displayed them for me to see on the monitor above me. She took pictures and explained to me in layman's terms and scientifically why my teeth are the way they are. She showed me cracks in my teeth, no dentist had ever spoken to me about this before. She explained how they got there, what I need to do to prevent them from getting worse and last resort what will happen if my tooth actually cracks. I felt empowered by the knowledge after the appointment and I was thankful she took her time to share he knowledge with me.
I will emphasize how fabulous the experience was and staff are to everyone I meet! I can't imagine ever going to another dentist ever again!

We have had really bad experience with Nouvelle Dentistry and we have given it several chances and over and over again we experienced the same thing. The doctor is rude and gets irritated to answer questions. They fit my daughter with a silver crown that is 2-3 sizes bigger than her teeth which caused her permanent teeth to be suppressed. We had to do a complete crown replacement with another doctor to provide space for her permanent teeth.
The reviews on the web seem to be what we went with but our entire family had a bad experience. We have never been able to go into an appointment and complete a cleaning. They will call you for an x-ray and the talk and then do a follow-up for the actual work - The number of appointments it takes to get a cleaning done is ridiculous. Never seen this with other dentists.

I called and wanted my chipped tooth fixed. They scheduled me, I came in, then they made me wait an hour, told me they were closing and couldn't do it. POOR SERVICE!
