I had wonderful experience. A big screen TV ultimate brewing coffee wonderful caring staff. Had a pain in tooth took care of it immediatly. I was hesitant to go here because of bad reviews. I think some other dentist office made bad reviews to get patients I thought it was excellent.

Dr. Call is a good dentist however nobody has hours to sit in a dentist office waiting to be seen. I’ve had multiple appointments for the same issue and have spent no less than 3 hours in the office at each visit! Most of which is sitting waiting! As I sit in the waiting room yet again an hour and 15 min after my appointment time I still have not been seen! The receptionist does not know her job, and does not return phone calls! Needless to say after today’s appointment and hopefully the final step of having my crown permanently glued on I will be finding a new dentist office! Which I would have done LONG ago if they weren’t having to fix this for free after the previous dentist messing it up the first time! Don’t waste your time!

Dr. Call is a very friendly, thorough dentist. He gave me the most thorough oral examination I have ever had.
That being said...his staff does not return phone calls. I had a tooth infection develop (not related to dental care here) and spoke to the receptionist. She told me she would talk to Dr. Call and would call me back. I called her days later and she said she hadn't spoken to him but would call me back. She called me the day prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment and mentioned that Dr. Call said he would evaluate the infection during my appointment. When I when to my appointment and spoke to Dr. Call, he was not aware of the infection and apologized for the receptionist not handling things as she should have.
I have another issue that I am waiting on a callback for; however, it has been a week and I still haven't heard from the receptionist.
The only reason I would not recommend Dental Depot is because of the receptionist and communication issues. Dr. Call is a good dentist and very thorough; however, his staff is ruining his practice.

Dated and gross. The whole office needed a very good cleaning. Came in for the first appointment of the day and the office looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Sections of the flooring where missing and the back room where the full mouth xray was taken was absolutely disgusting. The dentist was very nice but we won't be going back. If they can't keep their office at the bare minimum clean I don't know what other standards they are letting slip.

Dental depot does not pay their bills if your a contractor do not do work for them! 4 months late won’t return calls and the doors are always locked probably to keep bill collectors out!

Maybe the worst Dental Office I've ever been to in my 65 years. First of all, it's in an old building that apparently was a business office or maybe a store of some type, that they just threw some desks and dental chairs into. I fell for their $39 special (x-rays and an exam) in which all they did was take x-rays. I also scheduled a cleaning along with it. The x-rays took about 45 minutes at which time the dentist (maybe the most unfriendly dentist I've ever been to by the way) came in and gave me my "cleaning" for about 10 minutes. When I went to pay, they charged me $179!!! $39 for x-rays and $140 for the 10 minute quicky "cleaning". What a joke. You couldn't pay me to go back. Save your money and go see a real dentist.

Been waiting over two months for dentures. Still don't have them and won't until February. I finally got tired of all the lies. I give up. It's March 21st and they still aren't done or even started after being told again and again they are being made. I'm reporting these people to every board I can and to the BBB and to Medicaid. Please, I beg you, go somewhere else and your loved ones as well. THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

First of all, Dr. Call gave me the most thorough dental exam I've ever had in my life. Their prices are also very reasonable. Staff are friendly and pleasant, wait times are reasonable. I just had a small cavity filled and it was quick and painless! Thank you!

They just got a big loan yet I watched a YouTube video where the lady owner fired everyone with such a cold hearted excuse. "We aren't making any money". Why are they remodeling then? I can't support that kind of business. 👈
