I honestly can’t recommend. Prior service in 2020/2021 was decent. 2022 to 2023 has been awful. My first appointment I told them I had an awful cavity that needs to be fixed ASAP. I sat in the office for 2 hours for just X-rays, employees in the next dental booth gossiping for 15 minutes. Was scheduled nearly a month out to fix the tooth. Finally got in to get it fixed & it was done so improperly that I now cannot eat/drink without pain. I call and the receptionist says “that’s not great” then books me for a week out. 🙃 I scheduled my cleaning 2x for both of my appointments and never got it. You’ll be waiting to check out for atleast 20 minutes. The service is so beyond subpar it’s ridiculous.

I was employed here for 2 full days. I was working 8-12(half days) for two weeks till I completed my two weeks notice at my last job. I did nothing but shadow the current office manager for those several days in which she did not take the time to teach me anything because the gal was so busy and I was only there for a brief time in the morning because of the two week notice with the other job. I get called at 9pm from Dr Mangrum and he tells me that things aren’t working out and to not leave my other job with no explanation as too why. I don’t know how anyone would determine if this is working out after 4 half days of work under the circumstances that things just happened to be in. I’m very good at what I do have done it for years and have never had any employer say such a thing to me let alone let me go. Still have not been paid by them either.

Waited an hour on another visit then left. What a sht show. Go elsewhere if you can and avoid this discourtious staff. I'd give 0 stars of possible. The major red flag should have been they they're attached to a dunks doughnuts (job security?)

So 5 YEARS AGO I went to get dental work done. Got in there, got the procedure done, and gave them my insurance and left. Well they 1. Didn't bill my insurance and 2. Waited 5 years to tell me I had a $300 fine that's not $450 due to late fees. Oh and I didn't mention, I went to a different dentist since then. Well he told meeverything comfort has done in my mouth is absolutely horrible and needed to be redone. I'd give -500 stars if I could

Dr. Olson is the newest dentist here and wonderful! They were able to get me an appointment for the very next day after I called and all the staff were fantastic, especially Michelle. Highly recommend!

Even with them being ultra busy they got me in and I came all the way from gunnison. Dr woods extracted my tooth and it didn’t even hurt one bit. Thank you Dr. Woods for helping me out.

Called yesterday and left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. Finally this afternoon I called again and they were able to fit me in. I came early for my appointment and the receptionist did not looks up from her computer and instead put her finger up and told me to wait just a second. I stood there for a couple more minutes and she asked if I needed to check in to which I replied yes. She told me I just need to sign the sheet and go sit down. Very rude and made me feel rather uncomfortable. The assistant that was assigned to me was very kind and pleasant but the dentist that saw me and took X-rays dismissed my concerns and pain in my mouth and docked it down to just needing a cleaning. However another dentist told me I would need a root canal unfortunately. No tests were performed or further investigation into my concerns. I've been there a few times but I absolutely WILL NOT be returning. Completely terrible experience and beside manner and customer service.

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had been going to this business in the past, but hadn't been back for a couple of years because of of the unprofessional experiences I've had in the past. They set an appointment but keep you waiting for over an hour and it would have been longer if I hadn't chosen to leave. Staff are rude. Find a private practice, but what ever you do don't go here! If there was a lower score under one star that's what they would get.

I am in my early '70s and have been to a lot of dentists and I would say that Dr. Ryan Mangrum at Comfort Dental in Montrose Colorado is my favorite of all of them!!
He is VERY conscientious and caring!!

TERRIBLE experience. I went in in December to get a few fillings, and one of them never stopped hurting. I went in several times after that and they continued to grind it down. Finally, after at least the 3rd time back in they told me that the tooth must be cracked but that there was no way to know for sure so they would have to put a crown on it. My tooth did not have any pain or issues prior to coming in for fillings. After submitting this to be approved for insurance, it was denied. I was told they were submitting it again (multiple times) only to find out they actually hadn't submitted it again when I called back weeks later to check. Now, 6 months later they say actually they don't see any signs of it being cracked and there is nothing they can do besides to come in and have them "look at it again." I haven't been able to eat on half of my mouth for 6 months and they have done absolutely nothing but make this harder and more stressful. I do not normally write reviews but this was the worst dental experience I have had.
