Excellent diagnosis and expert care for my needs, top-notch pain mitigation, and fun banter! I had a great experience right out of the gates and on subsequent visits. These folks know what they're doing.

Although my first visit for a cleaning took MUCH longer than anticipated (I'm used to the 30 min-get you in-get you out appt), they did a thorough examination, xray, cleaning, etc., and had modern equipment. The dentist recommended a couple crowns and although I could see for myself that there was an issue, I delayed. When a tooth broke into pieces one evening a few weeks later, they were able to get me in the very next day and complete the needed restorative work. I was so happy they have extended hours and I was able to reach them. Plus, they have the equipment to design and create the crowns right there in house -- I again appreciated their modern equipment. Everyone was super nice and I'm happy to be a patient there.

Had our worst experience ever with a dentist office ever w.r.t insurance coverage. Despite their due diligence on this before our kids dental appointment, they sent the spouse who is not even the primary insurance holder a bill/statement for $300 to pay. I can’t help but wonder what is it that they do back in the accounting office to overlook such basic things. Oh and the statement didn’t even carry details what procedure was done for whom. Very frustrating experience thus far.

As usual Dr. Dickman and her team go above and beyond to provide excellent dental services. I am a person who gets pretty panicked about dental treatments! But today it was Rose kindly talked me down off the ledge of panic. And then of course Dr. Dickman was the cheerful and excellent provider that she has been for me the last few years. Check this place out!

This review is being written January, 2019, and is reflective of the current staff, which is AMAZING! Holy cow what a difference. I've been coming here for about ten years, and in the beginning it was good, and then for many years it was horrible -- the dentists were rude and unprofessional, and the staff was clearly unhappy. And now it is the best it has ever been.

Just about everything / everyone is new, and the high level of professionalism, the excellent, clearly highly educated / experienced staff (front desk, dental assistants, hygienists, dentists) all show from literally the moment you walk in the door (seriously). I had the best cleaning I've ever had from Ashley; the way she explained things made sense (for the first time). DDS Kathryn (Dickmann) and her assistant Marianela performed a painless procedure and again, it was the first time I've had a crown put on in this office where it wasn't an exercise in pain and (dentist) confusion.

The front desk staff (Misty and Trish) were not just friendly, but they were clearly very well-informed and helpful.

Highly, highly recommend.

My dog ate my retainer and I needed to get in ASAP for a new one. I didn't get my ortho treatment here (I got it in Florida) but they immediately got me in and took impressions and a retainer is ready today. I had several other ortho's in the Boulder area tell me no they couldn't just make a retainer for me. This office happily did it and they were really nice and understanding!

I had a similar experience to the others who reviewed. The dentist and hygienist told me that I needed to be treated for gum disease. Not only that, I needed to have the first treatment *now*, that the routine cleaning I was in for could not be done without it, and that this procedure would require numerous return procedures at the small cost of $500-800. When I said no thanks to the doctor, a secretary was brought in to explain to me how they could finance it to which I said no, then the "hygienist" came into to recommend that they do the procedure only in select areas to "save some money" and that just doing the cleaning would not be effective and they could not do the cleaning without the treatment. I said no, and in an incredible moment, she said, "let me see what the doctor thinks about that." I guess "doctors are now in the business of scolding. The doctor came back in, and tried to pressure me into the treatment again, but I stood my ground and got perhaps the worst cleaning of my life for just $40. They made me sign a consent form stating that I understood the risks of not treating the gums today. ... While I was sitting there waiting (it took 2hrs for them to clean my teeth) I overhead the "doctors" talking about their next poker match which struck me as an odd value set for a professional workplace and for them to openly discuss their fecklessness. ... On my way out I overheard them selling the same procedure to another client who sounded unfortunately like he was taking the bait. Furthermore, I researched the procedure since returning and found that the procedure does exist and is used in professional dentistry, but that it is only used at much later stages of gum disease and that simple mouthwashes and flossing are perfectly effective treatments for minor gum inflammation. So, there you have it. If you don't understand that they are running a business and that they are abusing the trust built by good dentists, you are about to spend a ton of money on procedures you simply do not need. In fact, having these procedures done unnecessarily may actually be bad for you.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. They are so obviously placed by the company itself. It is so sad to see people cheapen themselves they way everyone in this office did. Truly sad.

Placed crown, wasn't smoothed out, uncomfortable. The crown failed, and they replaced it. The crown failed again, then they said since I am not seeing them for regular care (I moved north and use a closer doc) they wouldn't cover it because I wasn't having them care for it. After they realized it had broken and hadn't fallen out, they tell me it is outside of warranty going on the basis of the original placement. Oh, and the dentist that placed it wasn't there anymore, so they didn't feel inclined to stand behind his work. On the basis of the other comments here, I guess I'm not at all surprised. Every time I visited this office, it felt like I was buying a used car, not visiting the dentist. I guess it's all about the ca$h. I'll have my regular dentist - who said this is something they should have taken care of - do this again. You'd think a crown costing something just under $900 if memory serves... would last a little longer. You'd also think this place would care more about their good name.

Monica, Rose, and Dr. Grubbs were all very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

We have very good dental insurance, so I can't really speak to their pricing. My husband and I have been very happy with our care here. We have experienced much less "upselling" of treatments than at some of the other dental offices in the area, such as Bright Now! in Arvada. Who really shines at this facility is the pediatric dentist and her staff. My son is highly sensitive, so the dentist is very scary to him (having "weird" things in his mouth, "weird" noises in the office, etc.). Dr. Milot and her staff are SO patient with my son! It takes an extra long time to complete all aspects of his visit, including the x-rays. He is increasingly less scared of the dentist with each visit (and has no cavities following their advice)!
