Staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the dental care my children receive. I recently became a patient myself. My experience really warrant my 5 stars across the board rating. The front desk personnal are professional, and courteous. The young lady that is the Xray technician is very friendly, and professional. All the dentist and dental assistant's are knowledge and make the patients feel comfortable, while being professional. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth was very gentle and thorough best cleaning I have every received.
I am bumme d they will no longer serve adults in 2021 😕 But they have referred me to a few others that except my insurance.

I drove an hour to my appointment and waited almost 2 hours to be seen. I get to the back and my exam and xrays took 20 mins from start to finish just for them to tell me I need oral surgery to have my wisdom tooth pulled. Very upset I drove this far and had to wait that long in pain after seeing people who came after me go back first.

Before I came to Adventure Dental I never enjoyed going to the dentist and would try and make excuses overtime I had an appointment. Then one day I came to adventure dental feeling the same way i did before yet this experience went much differently! My hygienist Sonya was absolutely amazing she made me feel safe, and comfortable while also keeping it fun, and if it wasn't for her my feelings toward going to the dentist would not have changed! Now I've gone to adventure dental for over a year and overtime Sonya's bright smile greets me and helps me through the process and i am so grateful to know that some of the dentist really do Care but she is the best! and i would recommend her services!

Everyone was very professional, patient and kind. )It was a torrential downpour of rain and rhe lunch hour. The manager allowed us to stay in and wait for our late ride.
We were extremely grateful!

Service here is unacceptable. Patient Names, birthdate, and appointment times are not programmed into the system correctly by the front desk workers. Front desk Workers are also rude and not helpful. Dental assistants are rough when handle patients. Lobby is not clean.

Nice staff. Great with the kids. Gives a free toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. Love the office. The only thing that's tedious is the paperwork every time you visit. I wish they just asked if any of your demographics change during check-in. But other than that, great place.

A smooth check-in process and quick X-Rays/cleaning experience. Aside from the constant critiques received from the dental hygenist performing the cleaning, solid experience. The dentist was also very pleasant. The environment was clean and the employees are polite.

This practice offers substandard orthodontic care. Technicians are irresponsible and conduct themselves unprofessionally. We (me as guardian and my daughter as the patient) have experienced on multiple occasions where the technician does not places all of the rubber bands onto the brackets as required. Throughout multiple encounters, the technician has dismissed the patient from the facility with rubber bands missing. On a more sever occasion, a technician damaged prior dental repair I.e. daughter had a portion of her tooth reconstructed after chipping the tooth. The technician caused the tooth repair to break by unnecessary force and further denied that they were responsible for the damage. Technicians also make unnecessary and rude comments to minor patients. During an encounter, a rubber band was left off of one of the brackets. When we returned to have the missing rubber band addresses and placed into the bracket, a technician said to my minor daughter, “...y’all really came back for one rubber band?” While, I, the parent/guardian was not present in the room due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The clinic also cancelled three consecutive routine care appointments and denies that their actions significantly impact the patient’s plan of care. These cancellations were prior to COVID-19 and pandemic restrictions and precautions were implemented.

The routine denial of accountability and unprofessional conduct of two initial reasons why I would not recommend this facility to patients seeking quality high standard orthodontic care.
