Distinctive Dentistry on Maitland

I had a very pleasant experience from the day I first made my appointment. The office is set up very nicely to allow for social distancing. I was taken back, on time, by Tiffany. Tiffany actually sat and talked to me about my dental history and the reasons I was there. She offered some very helpful suggestions. I never once felt like she was rushing me or that she already had one foot out of the room to move on to the next patient. She took time to answer my questions and that really stood out for me because I honestly can't recall the last time I visited ANY doctor or dentist office where I wasn't frustrated because I was treated like just 'another number' and not an "actual " human. Then she said she was going to get Dr. Lane and pass the information on to him. WELL!! Here's the shocker! You know how you have to explain everything to the first person that brings you in to the room and then when the next person comes in, you have to explain the exact same thing all over again and possibly repeat it again for someone else? Well, this did not happen. Tiffany did tell Dr. Lane everything that we talked about and when he came in to talk to me, he knew exactly why I was there. I didn't have to repeat myself. Dr. Lane ALSO spent time answering my questions and never made me feel rushed. I left my appointment feeling like there was actually a treatment plan in place which was quite refreshing. I highly recommend this dental practice. I will return to them and, what's crazy is that I don't mind paying out of network prices to go to them because I honestly hate going to the dentist...but not this time!

Dr. Lane and his staff have been such a wonderful breath of fresh air given my dental situation. It was easy and quick to make an appointment and they were very flexible to accommodate my busy schedule. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel of the clinic and was welcomed by warm staff to check me in. Dr. Lane's technical expertise and compassionate care echo through his office, making for a very pleasant experience and sense of comradery among staff. The hygienists are knowledgeable, gentle and amicable. I am so grateful for the care that Dr. Lane has provided and am very happy with the results. I have already recommended him to my friends and I am sure he and his staff will not disappoint!

Hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. They are so kind, remember who you are, take as much time as you need for questions and concerns and so much more. I don't mind going to the dentist now. My kids love it too! Well done!

All staff are always excellent for the many years I have been going there including the receptionist, hygienists, dentists, and administrative staff. I would highly recommend to anyone local to the area.

Every time I enter the office for my appointment I’m greeted with a smile and a « Hello Linda! How are you? » I feel welcome each time . The Hygienists and Dentists remember my issues before looking into my mouth. They are on time for appointments and I will always come to this office!! Actually my whole family comes here grown kids, my husband and myself.

First and foremost.......look NO further for your dental practice for life!! This is the place! There is not enough space here to include everyone's names but they are all Rock Stars! So professional, so warm and welcoming. I don't feel like I'm going to the dentist but more like I'm visiting with special friends and family!! I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!!

My husband & myself have been patients of L, C & Z for over 40 years. Absolutely love this practice & would highly recommend them. I have been seeing Carrie my hygienist for most of that time, but would not have a problem with any other hygienist, if needed.

I would never go anywhere else! Dr Zak and crew are all professional, caring and friendly… all the equipment is the latest and state of the art… they listen and are compassionate!! I could go on and on, but let’s just say there is NO BETTER dentist in Central FL PERIOD!!!
