I do not know another medical office that works so very hard for the patient. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling Becky who is professional, kind and charming. If you are at all daunted by a visit to the dentist, the “putting-you-at-ease” process begins here a few steps into the office. She is joined by so many other very lovely
people in the office with whom you engage for managing appts and payment. Their appt reminder system is great too.
The entire office works at being punctual. My dental hygienist is a sweetheart. She listens to my needs while educating me in proper dental hygiene. Also very professional, Lisa always wants to know how I’m doing during a procedure.
Dr Lane is superb! Highly professional, he is informed, caring and explains any issue in detail. He willingly answers my questions. Again, he listens to my needs and concerns and works with me so I get the best dental care. It’s been my great pleasure to have found Distinctive Dentistry. I highly recommend this dental practice.
