Bridges Dental

My 7 year old daughter and I came in for an exam and cleaning. She has been terrified at other offices, and we decided to try Bridges Dental. First off, the office feels like you’re stepping into a beautiful hotel lobby.
Elena did my daughter’s X-rays and cleaning, and she did a wonderful job! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dau was really friendly and thorough for my exam. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Bridges Dental for many years now, even at their previous location before they moved, and my experience has always been amazing! Dr Bridges was always really helpful and friendly every time I saw her personally. Most recently for a filling I had Dr Dau for the first time and she was perfect as well, took great care of my teeth and time flew by during our conversation (mostly me listening as it is at the dentist haha). Best of all is my hygienist Elena, who I cannot say enough nice things about! Amazing care and conversations and tips for maintaining my teeth in between my visits there, which seem to work so well since I've actually only had the one filling I can remember in the 6+ years under her care.
Could not ask for better dental care, and I've been so happy to have this place in my area for so long now!

Scheduled a dental checkup appointment for my whole family six months ago. We confirmed the appointment times earlier today as requested. The office calls us later in the day and tries to reschedule because they are unable to see us at the time we booked six months ago. What a poor experience. We are extremely disappointed. We decided to take our dental needs somewhere else.”

I have nerve damage and long store short require “laughing gas” to relax me enough just for the shot in my mouth. Insurance doesn’t cover it but it’s well worth it to spare the embarrassment. The staff seemed annoyed, had to move rooms, of course apologizing I knew it was still worth sparing further embarrassment. They didn’t take me seriously when I verbalized twice I didn’t feel relaxed or really if the thing was on at all. Well they found out, the whole office did when I went zero to 60 when I yelled and cried like a freaking child. My body responded to the pain enough to cause weird twitching in my shoulder I couldn’t stop. They quickly jumped to turn it on…I was angry. I said NOW you’re going to turn it on??? I don’t need it now! Will never go back. They didn’t listen to their patient. They still made me pay my out of pocket expense for the nitrogen they neglected to give me as I took the walk of shame out of the office. They don’t know my story nor should they have to to treat me human. I worry how many others they treat as a number.

Horrific! This place is 200% about robbing your blind! Everything requires 3-4 or more appointments so they can get get as many billings as possible. I needed a tooth pulled and refused to do it in less than 3 appointments! Went to another dentist, not even an oral surgeon, and they pulled it right away! AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you just like to BURN YOUR MONEY!

A while back, I had some dental work done. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my insurance and it was billed and paid to the wrong insurance. I contacted the dental office to get this corrected, and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me without being asked by the insurance company to return the funds to rebill it. Mind you, the insurance has sent a dozen letters and called them and spoken to them while I was ALSO on the phone, but then they tell me that they can’t return the money because they’ve never talked to them. I will never. ever. go to this location again.

Dr Bridges does excellent work and the hygienist are very professional. Staff is very friendly as well. Love the new location.

I’m usually so nervous going to the dentist, but after visiting Bridges and meeting their wonderful team I can honestly say my worries have gone away and I look forward to my next cleaning!

My experience at Bridges Dental was really good. The receptionist was super kind and respectful when I set up my initial appointment. I was able to complete my forms online, which was convenient and easy to do. When I arrived the building was super clean, bright, very tastefully decorated, and professionally presented (It even has a deck with rocking chairs overlooking the small lake at the back). I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and friendly welcome. She quickly mentioned that my paperwork was good to go, and invited me to sit.

Within 3-4 minutes, I was called back by the technician who did the x-rays. She was kind, considerate, and thorough (Even redoing two x-rays just to make sure they were the best for the doctor to use). The hygienist was super kind and friendly, which made me feel at ease. She thoroughly explained what she was doing for each step and why. Then I met Dr. Bridges for the exam. She was friendly, upbeat, and very genuine. She made me feel welcome, valued, and important to her, making sure to listen to my needs. Finally, I sat down with the billing/appointment specialist who explained my bill/insurance/co-pays, etc., and set up my follow-up appointments (I need fillings and a night guard for teeth clenching). She was thorough and gave me her card in case I had any future questions.

Overall, I felt the whole experience was very positive and super professional. Based on my first experience with Dr. Bridges and her team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her practice to my family and friends.

Update 3/28/23:
I came to Dr. Bridges' office in 2020 as a new patient, and was instantly impressed. From the first phone call to seeing Dr. Bridges and her dental team I couldn't be more satisfied. The high level of professionalism in the way the practice is run is something to aspire to. It is also the most clean practice you will ever see. The layout, decor and furnishings also make you feel calm and relaxed.

All the staff are super courteous, always positive, smile a lot, and are upbeat and friendly. The front desk and admin team have always been amazing to work with, and always answer my questions thoroughly. The hygienists have been amazing - friendly, informative, willing to answer any question I have, and have always made me feel comfortable in the chair. Dr. Bridges is honestly the best dentist I have ever seen! She has always been so kind, friendly, considerate, willing to stop and chat and get to know me. I just visited yesterday for my exam and cleaning. When Dr. Bridges came in she asked my about my work, and even remembered details about my work. She asked me how my family was doing with genuine interest, and we talked about kids for a minute or two. She conducted the exam efficiently and professionally. I've never felt uncomfortable at bridges Dental, and have always been put at ease by the staff. I would feel at ease with any dental procedure because it is evident that Dr. Bridges deeply cares for the well being of her patients. I get a little jaw ache when my mouth is open for a long time, and when I had a filling a couple years back she would pause and massage my jaw a little to bring some relief - that illustrates she cares about the details.

With the way the whole practice is run you can tell that it comes from the top down. It is clear that Dr. Bridges conducts her practice with the highest level of care for herself, her team and her patients. You can just tell the atmosphere is positive there, and that comes from Dr. Bridges.

Monica was excellent! She was very professional and thorough in explaining everything she was doing. I really appreciate how quick and easy my appointment was.
