This was by far my BEST dental experience. From the first phone call to make an appointment to walking out the door. Talking on the phone, the receptionist was eager and patient enough to answer my questions about billing and insurance. I received a new patient appointment within 2 days! Once at the office the check in process was up to date, I had the option to use a computer to fill out all the forms! Then the dental assistant was very thorough with the xrays and initial teeth evaluation. She explained some of my concerns and other things I did not know. Once the Dentist came in, everything else was explained. She detailed some of my minor issues and ways to control things from getting worse. I felt very comfortable and not rushed. In the past years I have acquired some anxiety with dental visits. I have not been in 3years because of it. I don’t know if my problem is gone, but I definitely did not feel anxious before, during, or after my visit! Sorry for the long post, but this Dentist and all staff members are definitely worth the review!!!!

Outstanding care!! Everyone is so friendly. This facility uses a maximum standard of sanitary procedures to protect all patients. Dr. Wayer is intelligent, contientious, and really cares about her patients. This office works hard to keep your teeth healthy. Check them out!

I love this place been there twice since moving to Crestview for cleanings and I'm very impressed how gentle they are with the instruments while doing your cleaning. I've been to many dentists and they are the gentlest by far. They're also very nice and polite, highly recommend this locale. They accept Cigna Dental Insurance btw.
