Dr. Wayer has been our Dentist for at least 15 years now. And within those 15 years, I visited different Dentist in town, only one visit and never again. Crestview Family Dentistry's whole staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. And thank you Kim for getting rid of my stubborn stains on my teeth this morning

Dentistry claimed we were in network but they actually were not. We double checked with the front desk and they assured us not to worry. A few weeks later we were stuck with an $800 bill out of pocket. They stated if we did not pay they would take us to collections and that would ruin our credit. They have done this to several families in the military community. I would steer clear if you have Tricare. Instead of owning their mistake we got stuck with the bill. Stay away.
RESPONSE........No you are incorrect it wasn’t an insurance issue. It was YOUR STAFF telling us you would be in network under new insurance company that the military switched to and you were NOT! So yes it was your staff. What they should have said was we are not in network and if you get seen today your insurance will not cover it!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Jennifer H. Wayer DM.D., P.A. and her staff at Crestview Family Dentistry.
This was my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and Crestview Family Dentistry office itself.
The experience started off on a positive note with Renee prIor to my office visit i.e. her courteous and knowledgeable aptitude of my insurance provider per, if I was in-network, what would be covered by my insurance and what would ultimately be the patient responsibility. It's nice to see the office embrace new integrated technology to assist new patients signing in on computers with digital signatures. Kim was the most thorough dental hygienist that's ever worked on my teeth bar none i.e. her knowledge, skill, perfection and professionalism. The information and feedback provided from Dr. Jennifer Wayer per what type night guard/occlusal guard I'd require was very helpful and helped me make a quick decision how to proceed.
Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Wayer, her staff and everyone at Crestview Family Dentistry.

If I could give 0 stars I would...I went in to have my teeth cleaned and Jennifer (I refuse to call her doctor) talked me into getting a crown. She said it would be covered by insurance. She then charged me $600 after the insurance coverage. A week after I got the crown, it chipped in the front. I went in to get it looked at, and she charged me another $300 which I refuse to pay. She reported me to the credit bureau and my credit score dropped 50 points. All I can say is she is a crook who does shotty work and gets away with robbery on a daily basis. Never go see her!
