Like most people, I am not a fan of the dentist. However, Crestview Family Dentistry is amazing and puts my nerves at ease. The atmosphere in the office is so warm and peaceful, the staff is friendly and Dr. Wayer is awesome. I had 18 x-rays done by Mrs. Wendy, who was super quick and efficient and 3 cavities filled by Dr. Wayer and didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend Crestview Family Dentistry

Dr. Wayer and her staff are the best! I have great anxiety about dental procedures, but it is much better due to them being so positive, gentle, and caring. The staff is kind and thorough with my cleanings. Dr. Wayer is great with the curve-balls my teeth have thrown her; she hasn’t flinched. She has referred me to excellent specialist when needed. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Wayer and her office staff!

I went to the dentist for the first time since moving out of Florida, the last appointment about three years ago with Dr. Wayer, and my new dentist was astonished with Dr. Wayer's work. She commented on how natural the fillings looked and how it was almost impossible to tell which teeth were filled and which were cavity-free.
I always had such a wonderful (as wonderful as going to the dentist can be, of course) time at Dr. Wayer's office. Not only was I able to get in quickly, but the staff was friendly and helpful. In addition, Dr. Wayer is a gentle handler, something I appreciated as a person quite sensitive to pain. She could tell by my facial expressions whenever I was experiencing any discomfort and would quickly determine the problem and remedy it. Anyone wary of the dentist will find this comforting.
I would recommend Dr. Wayer to everyone. She's one of the best doctor's I've ever had.

I would like to say that everyone is so sweet in this office, One day my filling fell out and I had came in just to get a quote and they ended up fixing on same day. I was so thank full and it looks so good, not to sound weird but I would like the other one to fall out so it can look just as good as the other one... Do not waste your time with this Dentist office. I realize Crestview does not have a ton of options, but they have to be better than this place.
The receptionist lied to me over the phone about MetLife being "In Network". AFTER my children's exams and x-rays, I was informed that they were out of network, and ended up charging me significantly more of a copay. Months afterwards they sent me another bill for even more money.
I can't complain about the dental care itself, but the reception staff is about as unprofessional as it gets.
I asked them questions so that I could talk to the dentist about getting sealants applied to my teenage son's teeth, as a preventative measure. None of them understood why I would want to do that. When I went back out to the car to grab paperwork, my wife overheard them talking trash about myself and my son.
The utterly unprofessional, rude and dishonest reception staff will keep me from ever recommending this place to anyone.

Took my son here. He got his first filling here, but by the end of that night his lip had swollen up so big that it was splitting all the way to the bottom of his teeth. I took him to his pediatrician and he confirmed that it was an infection most likely caused by something this dentist did. I know these things can happen so I decided to take my son back to this dentist the next day. All I wanted to do was show her what had happened, but how I was received was ridiculous. I never did see the dentist. Her tech just kept telling me that she had to see what the pediatrician had said before the dentist would see me, and that my son had chewed his own lip. We were there for over an hour and she never once came in to see my son. They were much more concerned with the legality of the situation then they were about the welfare of my 4 year old son. What kind of medical professional doesn’t show concern for their patients????? In my opinion, if you want a dentist that truly cares about YOU then don't waste your time with this one.
