I have been using Crestview Family Dentistry for several years. I have always received excellent treatment. During a recent teeth cleaning visit, my dental hygienist, Sandra H., found some decay around an old filling. Sandra brought this to the attention of Dr. Alyssa Brown. Dr. Brown discussed the treatment plan with me, and the following week replaced the old filling with more modern filling material. Overall, I felt my dental treatment was excellent & professional by Dr. Alyssa Brown & Sandra H. Definitely 5 Star!

Don’t bother making an appointment here. The receptionists are rude specifically Renee. When I asked for the office manager to contact me she never did and when I called to figure out why. Renee told me that the office manager is also Dr. Wayer and that she was not interested and too busy to call me.
This is a huge disappointment because she came so highly recommended.
Take your children else where.

I’ll give it 2 stars because it’s a nice, clean facility. If it weren’t for that, it would be one star. I have a pretty decent pain threshold when it comes to getting dental work done, but I left this office in tears because of the pain they caused during a simple filling. When I expressed, during the procedure, that I was in pain, they just continued on. Not only that, but it was one of the most expensive cavities I’d ever had filled. Dr. Wayer had a very patronizing and arrogant attitude towards me during the entire thing and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Even the woman at the check out seemed completely unphased by the tears streaming down my face. Hands down, the WORST dental experience I have ever had in my life.

I definitely recommend Crestview Family Dentistry. The entire team from Dr. Buchanan, his nurse, Brie, the receptionist to the hygienist and all of the girls that work in the office are absolutely professional.
They all have a sense of compassion and caring and make you feel totally comfortable and welcome. You won't find a better team of people to take care of your dental needs.
I recommend them above all other dentist in the area.
