Santa Rosa Family Dentistry

After several years as a patient at this facility I can formulate a big picture assessment. The Dentist are competent. Without naming, one is over confident and has the typical doctor "God Complex" that "the patient is an idiot and not worthy of an explanation and should do what I say" attitude. As one example of behavior, with me and another family member, we were talked into two unnecessary fillings, because the "enamel is thin". Essentially makeing a hole for a filling in a healthy tooth. I and my family have since refused such demands by the dentist, with an aggravated and indignant response from the dentist of, "I have been doing this for XX years...". For the teeth we have refused such treatment, we have never had problems for years with those supposed "bad" teeth.

The other Dentist is caring, willing to listen and more importantly, adjusts to what the patient decides is best.
Both dentist are technically competent, so I would allow either to perform any procedure we chose, but be careful of unnecessary procedures with one of them. I'll let the reader decide.

The whole administrative staff is patronizing and unwilling to fully engage with patients to help with treatments, payments, and appointments. They make assumptions about appointments, patient treatment needs, and insurance in the interest of saving their administrative duties and not only don't listen to patients, but will actively ignore request beyond the office policy, and then seem bewildered when the patient has to repeat themselves several times to the point of annoyance for everyone so the correct appointment, or insurance payment is scheduled or accomplished. The result is almost every appointment is an exploration into what is wrong, followed by the need for a second appointment, and followup insurance corrections.

The only reason I continue at this office for my medical needs, is the doctors, in the end, are good at procedures that I agree to have performed. Also, on a positive note, the hygienist that do cleanings and other procedures are all excellent.

Very pleasant office and pleasant staff. Of course my hygienist Nikki is the best. I’m glad I found this Dentist and I will continue coming there. If anyone ask me for a Dennis I always recommend Santa Rosa Family Dentistry. They are truly a pleasant group of people. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Dr. Ethan Sadowski and the entire staff at Santa Rosa Family Dentistry were very friendly and professional. The experience was very relaxing and comfortable.

It's always a friendly, professional visit. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. The staff is friendly and courteous. Ann takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and can answer any and all questions thoroughly.

Susan Cleaned my teeth. I like it that she was so friendly and personable. Very sweet. She did an awesome job..... one negative on the office visit, i had to fill out 4 or 5 forms upon arrival and i've been going to this office for years. Recommend a website i can go to to review my data and update if necessary, not sit in the office and write my name 4 times and answer basic questions that should already be known.
