1st time visiting this office. I can say both the staff and the doctor was very professional. I seen Dr.Quinlan and he was amazing. Really thorough when going over the exam. I didn't get the hygienist name, but she was amazing. The ladies at the front desk go over insurance plan and let you know up front- the cost of everything. Great job.

Entire process was quick. The dental work was painless. I watched Dr. Ethan put the needle in, but never felt it. A dental visit is never fun, but the staff and doctors make it totally comfortable and almost enjoyable at Santa Rosa family dentistry.

Dr Ethan was the most painful dentist I've been to in 30 years. Giving novacaine into bone or nerve several times - "bet that was a little zap (laugh)". Not waiting until numb to start. Breaking a file off in a tooth he tried to do a root canal on - "it happens". Now I have to have it extracted. I will never go back.

I always look forward to my dental exam and cleaning (weird, I know). The reason why is because my dentist's office is awesome! Dr. Gomez and her team are always super friendly and makes you feel right at home. I originally called as a first time new patient. Had a problem with a tooth and they were able to get me in the very next week. Not only were they able to do my evaluation like we planned, but they were able to get my cleaning and even managed to get a few of my fillings completed! Was totally unexpected and was very much appreciated! Such a nice office and glad I have chosen Santa Rosa Family Dentistry as my new dentist!!!

I love Santa Rosa Family Dentestry. 1) Everyone is very friendly. 2) they do great job on teeth cleaning. 3) Dr. Gomez was great honest doctor and so does seems the new one. I have been with them for 4-5 years and they didn’t try to do and charge my family for work we don’t need.

Today we went to see new doc. I was asking him questions about risks of doing teeth bonding for my daughter. He was honest. Just explained pros and cons and left it up to us. No sales speeches. I really like that.

Nice people, great with my kids! Streamlined paperwork process made me feel less stressed the day of appointments.

If I had to give constructive criticism, every room is open and the machines are quite noisy, making it difficult to hear and speak with hygienists from six feet away with masks on.

Had our appointment messed up. They called US to rescheduled and still had no idea of the patient or the procedure. The only way I knew of this was when I called to confirm the arrival time. All but called my husband a liar and told them they were not going to charge him for an appointment change that we were not even responsible for. When the appointment was finished they were going to charge us double the amount they were supposed to... had I not mentioned our previous quote they had already given with our insurance. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. No problems with procedural staff. Be careful at check out .. consistently have problems.

They got me in quickly to see the dentist and scheduled my follow up asap. Friendly and attentive staff always.
