Santa Rosa Family Dentistry

I have been a patient for almost 12 years now if not longer, I love all the staff. Front desk works with my schedule and is very kind, I can be a pain as a truck driver it’s hard to know my schedule. The dental assistants are all super sweet and funny, they make it enjoyable with their conversations. And the Dentists are amazing! I had a lip tie Lasered today and I felt 0 paid and it took 10 minutes!

My first visit and I love it already. Everyone was friendly and professional, the office was very clean. The wait time to be seen was very short.

The hygienist I saw this morning, her name is Khari, did such a wonderful job in cleaning my teeth! She is very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and caring. The x-rays went smoothly as I have a very sensitive gag reflex but she was so kind and went very slowly for me. Congratulations Dr. Quinlan for having such a terrific hygienist on your staff.

Been going there over 10 yrs great service on top of their game. Keep up the great work.

I rarely if EVER post a negative review. There are so many variables that could form the “Perfect Storm” that could end in a bad experience.
However, Here we go.

As a new resident of Navarre, my family was seeking a dentist. It took 3 months to even get a cleaning appointment. That’s to be expected in this pandemic era.

2 months after my initial appointment I began experiencing severe discomfort in the #18 area. It took a week to be seen for an “emergency” visit.

At that time, the problem was diagnosed and the treatment plan was “let’s use Magic Mouthwash and see if it gets better”. Fast forward 7 weeks and the pain has gotten worse. (Think every time your heart beats your entire face THROBS.)

I go in today and describe my issue and the hygienist takes a look at the area.... reviews X-rays and photos of the area from 7 weeks ago and says. “I will go get the doctor”.

Turns out that I have exposed bone on the lower bottom inside gum area that is exponentially worse than the last visit.

This will obviously need to be treated by a specialist.
The dentist told me his office would not call and set up a referral. They gave me a name of a specialist.
Then the dentist flat out refused any type of medication to help manage the pain. Mind you...It’s Friday afternoon and I have no chance of being seen until at least Monday IF I am lucky.
The hygienist told me to go to the hospital emergency room. Really????

Great dentist. I had to get a metal filling replaced and this was, by far, the easiest, most pain-free dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff at Santa Rosa is phenomenal. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to this facility for a few years and they always make me feel comfortable. They are calming and helpful. I've always been afraid of dentists and this is the first place that I was calm and not anxious for very long. My anxiety was taken away by their tender care and caring staff. Amy has been amazing! I'm so thankful that I was told about them. I've also told a lot of people that this is where they need to attend, if dental services are required. Thank you, everyone at this facility! <3

This office is top notch all the way! I had a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain. They were able to get me in right away despite a full schedule and then they worked to provide treatment same day to get me relief. All of the staff are kind and caring. Dr. Ethan was compassionate and patient as he answered my questions and gave me several treatment options. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Family Dentistry for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Bellard is by far the best dentist I've ever been to, I had four fillings, two crowns and a deep cleaning. All of these procedures were effortless and comfortable and were over before I knew it. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and had no idea these procedures could be done so easily. Dr. Bellard made me feel at ease right away and it was just amazing how precise and careful she is, I could hardly tell she was working on my teeth. At one point I asked if she was going to do a second tooth while I was there and she said already done! Dr. Bellard is very caring, very professional and an excellent dentist.
