Forni Dental - Lake Wales Dentist

I had a very good experience at Forni Dental! Dr Mohammad was very nice and very efficient. As well as Savannah, his assistant. Actually everyone in the office was very nice. I’m from New York, so I really appreciated them getting me in after I lost a filling.

This is my first visit to Dr. Forni's office. My visit was to seat back the fall-off tooth implant abutment and crown. It is out of my surprise that Dr. Forni has the inventory of the parts for variety of tooth implant. He immediately checked out screw replacement and managed the crown to be seated back to the implant properly. Before he did, he took time to inject the anesthetics in three separated time periods to minimize the pain. His assistant, Shannon, is courteous to make me feel so welcome to the clinic. The office manager, Deedee, is very impressive about her efficiency to get me in the office to resolve my loosed tooth implant. She's indeed the best so far from all of my dental scheduling experience. I strongly recommend this office.

I have lived in Florida most of my life mainly in the Naples area but recently moved to Lake Wales. Forni Dental was highly recommended to me by a neighbor here. I have been to there office for only two visits to date and without a doubt this has been my best experience ever! The facility was extremely clean. Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone worked together as a team which you don't see very often. You can tell they truly care about you and your outcome. Forni Dental is the best :-)

I am beyond pleased with Dr Forni and his staff. I came in as a new patient, they got me in as an emergency case with a cracked tooth. They saved my tooth by doing a root canal. He was extremely gentle and pain free. I'm very thankful that a my friend had recommended them to me.

Be weary of additional charges!

We went in for our annual visit and were given a treatment plan. We prepaid for my family of three. Totaling about $550 after insurance. We thought that was high, but that would be to cover the future visits for two of us as well.

We came in today and received the final services on the treatment plan. When we finished our appointment, I was told that we had some additional charges. We didn’t add any extra services, just stuck to the plan. I was then told that for my husband’s bill and mine it would be an additional $590!!! That is over double the estimate. How were we not told about this?? When I asked why we were not told beforehand, they said they tried to call me on the 28th of December (today is the 25th of January) and were unable to leave a message. Well, they never called my husband. Even though they reached us just fine to confirm the appointments via text. They even went back and forth during the confirmation where they could have easily brought it up then. No other attempts were made. Even if they couldn’t get ahold of us before the day of the appointment, we should have been made aware prior to starting the appointment. I asked if they notified my husband, the office manager said they should have. “They should have” is a very unnerving and incredibly unprofessional thing to hear. We did everything just like we were supposed to on our end. I feel completely taken advantage of. We both went in to this blind. The lack of communication here is astonishing.

Times have been tough, I don’t know many people that can fork out an unexpected amount of almost $600. We are no exception.

Be careful when you’re selecting a dental office. It’s not just about their “comfort menu”. Make sure they’re honest and forthright with the bill, too.

Have to say was the best dental office I have been to in awhile. My son has autism and needed to be seen. He usually will not let any dentist touch him. They were so patient and kind with him. Extremely grateful for their service and with a smile is something you truly don't get anymore in businesses. Was a blessing to finally be in any type of medical office where the staff are so caring about the job they do. Thanks you guys truly are a one of a kind team and office.

I have had an ongoing dental problem my whole life and no dentist office seemed to know what to do with me. No of them provided answers or explanations and some even did work on me that left me with no smile (just about no teeth) for 3+ years. 6+ dentists later I found Forni dental through a good friend of mine that went there to get a tooth fixed and LOVED her experience. She begged me to go there because she had a feeling they could help me. I decided to try them out..BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Everyone is so so nice and they truly care about all their patients. I had Dr. Fundora and Dr. Pero. They were so understanding of my situation and my urgency to get a smile as I’m an upcoming senior and my dream is to smile for my pictures. In just a couple months they had done 3 times the work anyone else has done and gave me all the answers I needed and more. I am so thankful for this office, I recommend anyone and everyone to this place. It is 3 days before my senior pictures and I am going now to get my smile! Thank you Forni dental! ☺️

Best dental experience I have ever had. Forni Dental is a first class experience. Everyone is sincere and genuine. I was extremely comfortable and treated with the utmost expert care. From the receptionist to Dr. Forni, my experience was second to none. My family of 5 gladly travel 45 minutes from Lakeland to Lake Wales. Hands down the best dental care we have ever had.

Our son had a fear of going to the dentist. It was a struggle to get him to go to the dentist, until we met Dr. Forni. He and his staff have been very accommodating and helped calm the fears of our 14 year old. He needed some extensive work done and Dr. Forni let us know exactly what needed to be done and made our son very comfortable. So much so, that our son fell asleep during a root canal! Each time we tell our son he has a dental appointment, he has no problem going now! Well done to Forni Dental! Highly recommend.
