I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Dr. Forni for being such a perfectionist and to express my gratitude to him for being consistent each and every dental encounter.
I do not enjoy any dental work and had a very negative experience years ago with my wisdom teeth. That one episode causes anxiety every time I have more than a basic cleaning. I know Dr. Forni senses my hesitation and over cautious approach, but he has proven over and again his commitment to quality and excellent care. Ultimately, his perfectionism results in a more beautiful smile for me, inside and out!
From my veneers to a much more perfect bite after all the fillings are now in place, in spite of the time it took to deaden my stubborn jaw, I walk away very pleased with the outcome!

Update: I went for my first real appointment. Thank God I asked to go ahead and pay!. The bill I was quoted was 160.00. The bill day of was 402.00! I understand the fluctuations in insurance and I understand it being more but they sent me 3 text messages, 4 emails, and called and not one person mentioned the change in price. 240.00 is a lot of money and time is needed to prepare for such an expense. What would have happened had I let them perform services first as they wanted to do? Buyer beware!

This place is so wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming! Dr Fundora was amazing along with his assistant Chelcee. My 9 year old was traumatized with another dentist (in a different office) from a pass experience but Dr. Fundora was very patient and just simply amazing with him! He definitely changed the way he thinks of dentist. I am very thankful to them both 😊

Ever since I was little, I had such anxiety with dentist. Dr. Forni and his staff are simply amazing. They make me feel right at home and feel like family. Every time I walk through the door the ladies greet me by name and ask me how I am doing. You don't get that anywhere else.
I just recently got married and Dr. Forni and Kelli went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. He made sure that my smile was simply picture perfect. He did everything he could to make sure that my teeth were fixed. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist.
Even my Dad drives from Orlando just to see him. He is by far the best dentist in Florida!
I can't thank Dr.Forni or Kelli enough. I feel so safe and all my anxieties are gone when I'm getting my dental work done. Kelli makes me laugh and truly cares about my smile. I love how she is the same one that assist Dr. Forni every time. She always ask how I am, is caring, and treats me as if she's known me forever.

Whether you are in Lake Wales, Fl or not it is worth a drive to come to this dental office. I live about 30-35 minutes away and I can tell you it is worth it. The customer service from the WHOLE team is incredibly comforting. They really care about your best interest and needs when you are inside the office and out! Thank you again Forni Dental! 🦷

This is the best dentist office I have ever went to hands down! My son who had a bad dental experience at another office loved it here and they made him feel so comfortable and let him help and be involved. It was highly impressive my son walked out so happy with a gift bag, cookie, and a couple toys from the treasure chest. I will now be referring my whole family to this place because it is by far the best. The employees really set it off and are as friendly as can be, they made the whole experience wonderful!
