Both me and my son have always had nothing but great service at Forni dental, until now. I recently received a bill for part of a cleaning that my insurance didn't pay. It seemed odd since my insurance should pay for 100% of cleanings. When I called Forni dental I was informed that the cleaning was some ( special deep cleaning) for which my insurance only pays a portion of. I am not a dentist. I don't know all the different procedures. To me a cleaning is a cleaning. I'm very disappointed with Forni right now as me and my son have been going there for some time, they are more than familiar with my insurance and know I'm a struggling single dad. An Oversight? Or a bait & switch?

First of all I want people to know if you need an amazing dentist go see Dr. Forni. In fact the whole staff are the kindest and most concerning staff you would ever want to meet.
I have been going to Dr. Forni since he came here to Lake Wales.
I have the kind of teeth no matter how hard you try to save them sometimes it just doesn't work out. So when we had tried to save my upper teeth it came to where we had to make a some decisions. The first two Dr. Forni explained to me we could do I sure didn't like them. So he told me there was one more step we could do and that was a full upper implant. It was expensive but after talking and him explaining everything in detail my husband and I decided to go that route. The upper implant was made by XPress and what a great job they did. It was along process for me because I had to have extra steps that had to be done but WOW it has been worth every bit of it. I have a beautiful smile again.
Dr. Forni and his assistants that help me through through the process was amazing.
So I want to Thank Dr. Forni and staff for me not to ever shy away from smiling again.

I have been seeing Dr. Forni for many years. He is a top notch dentist... from the friendly greetings when you arrive to the wonderful assistants you are guaranteed a pain free EASY procedure. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. As a patient you shouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Dr. Fornis for years. The staff is always helpful and nice. This past time I got a cleaning from Kelly she does a good job and doesn't hurt you.🙂
I also got my exrays and exam. Dr. Forni is my dentist he always does a good job but this time I came on a Friday and Dr. Pero did my exam. He did a great job as well. They do make it a good experience. They had coffee, cookies, water bottles a nice candle going in the waiting room. You can request stuff in the other rooms.

In the last year,I have been transferring my husband, and 3 kids over to Dr Forni. After each visit, they all say the same thing,we love this office & Dr. Forni. Knowing that I can call him 24/7 if we ever had a problem is extremely comforting. I also love the fact that we can have pretty much everything done in one place,and don't need to go here and there for different procedures. We are fortunate to have insurance, but for those that don't, Dr Forni gives discounts and offers a plan sort of for you. I have referred a few people already. Thank you Dr Forni

I went to the office today for the first time! Staff was great, very professional and sweet. Dr. Pero was amazing and very kind. I recently went to Aspen in Bartow and had a bad experience. I was worried about going to another dentist office. But my nerves went away very quickly just a few minutes of being in this office. They care about their about you and your concerns and want to make sure you are comfortable. I will never go to another dentist.
