Forni Dental - Lake Wales Dentist

I have been going to Dr. Forni since he came to Lake Wales and the level of care is always second to none. Today however it was beyond exemplary due to Shannon's approach and attention to detail in repairing a broken crown for me. Being in the dentist chair is never a "fun" experience for me but today I walked out of the office feeling exceptional about how things went. Thank you Shannon for taking such great care in fixing my tooth and being so meticulous in ensuring everything was perfect before you let me leave. If you are looking for the best dental practice in the Winter Haven, Lake Wales and Frostproof area you need not look any further as Forni Dental is by far the best in the business.

I have seen Dr. Forni for quite some time now, I have never had a bad experience under his care. My last visit was no different with Dr. Forni and Kelly, but there was a specific person who helped to make my experience even more comfortable. Priscilla is not only professional, but she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well for you as the patient. When I call, she gets me the answers promptly and if I need forms, I never have to ask twice. I'm thankful that Priscilla joined Dr. Forni's team, I believe she will bring a lot to the team and patients.

My two children and myself have been patients of Dr. Forni's for years and have always had great visits. The staff goes above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable visiting the dentist. Recently, my appointment needed to be rescheduled and Prissy went out her way to accommodate my schedule. Thank you!

Wonderful staff and Dr Mohammad & Shannon were so great! Needed a tooth pulled that was giving me lots of pain.....was much better than I anticipated and I got right in. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend them!

Definitely the nicest dentist office I’ve been to. The staff was super gracious and they even have a “comfort menu” to make your experience even better. Will absolutely refer friends and family and will be coming back.

Patient beware.... I am sure they are great for general dentistry. However if you need extensive, complicated, reconstruction, removal, or repair, remember this....... Seminars are lessons, not training.
I do believe Forni can do Implants, and are qualified. But, because of a damaged nerve and multiple tori that should be removed to better my chances of long term success with full dentures, and the fact I have concerns of being aware during procedure, because it happened to me in the past.
Your response should be more about the 15 years of knowledge and experience means you know your limitations and because our patient comes first, we do recommend oral surgeons when necessary.
Dr Dentist, was more concerned to be competitive of the price I received from another dentist, which included a surgeon (who I am not using). A general dentist should never be able to do and charge as a surgeon.
I will actually be paying more, and taking more time to get my work done, but for the first time in 30 years, I have a comfort that I found a dentist that is taking my concerns first. A feeling Forni did not give me.
As I said before as the patient get a second or third opinion so you feel comfortable, it is not all about speed and money.

I haven't been to the dentist in years do to a horrible experience many years ago. I've been coming to Forni Dental for a few month's and received wonderful service. Looking forward to healthier teeth. Today Megan saw me and she was extremely patient and awesome. Definitely recommend.

If I could give more than five stars I definitely would! This is an amazing team. Everyone is pleasant and go above and beyond to resolve any issues and keep you comfortable. Dr. Pero is extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust his opinion and plans of care. The hygienist is AMAZING had one of the best cleanings I think I've ever had. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else, I am too spoiled there!

Best dental practice I have ever been to. They really have their stuff together. All the staff were great. Up to date technology, very clean, warm environment. Very in tune with the customers concerns. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
